The manager at this location is amazing the best customer service anywhere in any subway, he is awesome. And he runs a great crew too. I love eating here come one come all to the subway by the U of U
The employee working today is the best of the best. Warm, caring feeling when talking, and also prepped my order to perfection. Usually, when I ask for jalapeños on the side, it gets forgotten or I end up not getting any. But she read the additional notes for jalapeños and even made extra efforts to ensure that it would be packaged perfectly. Thank you for your consideration, I will be looking to come to this Subway again because of great customer service.

We had just come from the hospital after hearing bad news, and we stopped to get some lunch and they were really kind and welcoming to us even when we made mistakes. 😊

Good subway, excellent service. These guys were so accommodating. We walked in with two kids hungry from the zoo. They wiped down a table extra so we felt comfortable, provided extra napkins and a dipping cup...they were so willing to give us what we needed. When our baby started crying, we tried to hurry out as soon as we could. One lady came and yelled at us to take our baby out, which we couldn't do immediately because it was 100 degrees outside and our toddler was in the bathroom. On our way out, the manager personally came out and made sure we were ok. John is the manager. He will bend over backward for you. They were a little understaffed, but they worked as quickly as they could and are hiring.
Love the service, food and atmosphere of this Sunway branch!! Recommend it!
Always Friendly and Customer Service is Great
Not bad. Standard subway eats so you know what to expect if you've ever been to one. Pretty clean and well staffed.
This place generally has good service (with an occasional hiccup). The nearness to campus and fast service makes this place attractive to nearby university cities. The price-to-food ratio is quite good and there's quite a few tables if you wish to dine in.
