This ColdStone has the best customer service I have ever experienced at an ice cream store. When the store was unable to provide me with the cake I had ordered due to a broken pipe, the manager not only gave me another delicious cake but also made it right by giving me a free cake at a later time convenient to me!

The location of this store is also pretty great. There is a parking garage under the store and the ColdStone store validates up to 3 hours of free parking!

When you step in the facility your nose is hit with a smell that ignites happiness. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. They are fast as well. I like the location as I just moved into the area. This is a perfect spot to hit when after eating at one of the many restaurants in the area. I will be back.
We came in super late and the workers still were so amazing and helped us out, the inside of the store was very clean as well. Angela helped us out and she was super nice and personable. 10/10 would reccomed this location

Fionna was super friendly! The waffle bowl was delicious and perfect in every way. The Manger even checked with me to see if everything was tasting good! Excellent service and a very tidy store!

I frequent Coldstone at least a couple times a month and exclusively choose this location. I have never had any outstanding issues in the past, it is normally just the average experience you would expect from an ice cream shop. But this particular visit stood out tremendously! We were greeted with such enthusiasm and given exceptional attention and customer service! Kylie was so patient and prompt and friendly and accommodating! 2 thumbs up for Kylie’s upbeat and welcoming demeanor for making our experience so smooth and fun and delicious :)
I’ve eaten ice cream all over the world at tons of different places and I still love Cold Stone. We went to this location last night and had a great experience. The boy helping us was patient, let us sample all we wanted, helped us decide, and the ice cream was delicious.
