Last time I went here, the service was horrible. The wait staff now is excellent. The food has always been very good. This time was no exception. My family has their normal items to order...and again, food was great. Glad the staffing has improved. The dining area leaves a lot to be desired...but do not let that hold u back. Give it a try.
This place used to look old and dirty. But now it look very nice and clean . The food it’s always good . Big portions and good prices. The place it’s always busy .
Traditional Family style restaurant with a delicious variety of options. The prawns were perfectly fried with the right amount of crunch and savory flavors. Definitely recommended for large parties.
Finally opened their doors post-pandemic for dine-in. And with that, they renovated the interior which is very good. New tables, chairs and new flooring too. It now looked bright and clean and hopefully it stays that way. As far as food, they are one of my favorite go-to for chinese dishes - consistently yummy good 😋 Parking can be tricky during rush hours which is pretty understandable for a food business.
Hole in the wall food place with bomb food.
The service sucked. Decorations are horrible. The bathroom downstairs made me feel like I was in a horror film.
It just got remodeled and it needs another remodel.
Generals chicken was the best I've had anywhere.
Would I still go back. Yup.
Food was delicious. But they got our order wrong twice and our noodles were burnt
This place is delicious!! Food is so fresh they bring out plate by plate right after it's made. We love going here.. this place is served family style but they do have combination plates.
I have been eating at this restaurant for over 15 years. The food is always wonderful. The staff is always nice to me, even when I am so picky. 😁 They seem to always be understaffed so patience is the key. I saw a recent review and wanted to put my 2 cents about the homeless. They seem to be everywhere these days. It is not abnormal for a Restaurant/Business to kick out homeless people. It is a place of Business NOT a homeless shelter, not a church, not a charity. It is not their responsibility to feed the homeless. The Business reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. As this homeless became a customer he certainly needed to be treated like one. If the restaurant refuse service then they are in the right also. I do not believe respect is deserved, I was taught respect is always earned. Beggars can’t be choosers. Helping people is always a good example to set but sometimes when you help, you feel you did a good deed but other people suffer the consequences
What a great hole in the wall type eating establishment! The service was fast and friendly, the portions were over the top, and the food was delicious! This is a great place to go for delicious Chinese food. Not a lot of parking, though I would imagine you could park down the street if needed.
I love their Siu Mai, I think they have the best in SLC. I’ve tried from a few Chinese restaurants in the city and theirs is the best. I just wish their chili sauce isn’t too oily. I had some Har Gow & shrimp Lo Mien as well and they were okay.
