Delicious! I had a huge almond croissant that was to die for! Others with me had cotton candy gelato (perfect treat for a 5 year old!!! Or anyone for that matter 😋) and dairy free strawberry sorbetto. All 3 were delicious and the staff was all so friendly. Can’t wait to go back and try more! Oh! Two of us were there for the first time and we were each treated to a free macaroon when we came in the door. They were also delightful! Great experience and I will be back!
To the best chef and company. .they make the best of best. Your taste buds get a work out. You are able to taste every ingredient and enjoy everything about whatever you try. I have never been disappointed and keep going back. It is wonderful to try different things. I refer them all the time and the only place I go to now.
Open and welcoming space, the pastries are beautiful and delicious. The staff was kind and helpful. Helped me pick a gift for a friends party and it was on sale. The macaron selections were a hit at the party.
Bakery is delish
This place was soooo good! The Cuban sandwich is amazing and the salted caramel macaroon melts in your mouth. They were so nice and answered all of our questions!
These were the best croissants I've ever bought in America. Very authentic. I also got the key lime cheesecake and it was divine. So beautiful. These croissants are better than gourmandize! #winning
**Dough Lamination (Croissant) Class is outstanding! **
F & E pastries are as delicious as those we had in Paris.
This class, taught by Adalberto and Brian (both Executive Chefs and co-owners) exceeded our expectations. They take you step by step on how to make their decadent pastries. The class is in a small group setting, but you can sign up individually or go with your friends. It's definitely a unique experience that you don't want to miss. I am officially addicted to their pastries!
This is basically what it would be like to eat on the Great British Baking Show.
The colors, the wild fruity flavors and the friendly people serving it up.
We got a mishmash of their cakes, tarts, savories, and macarons and they were all good. The only negative is the amount of gelatin (I'm not a baker so I might be wrong). But the exteriors were all a bit gummy. The flavors were good but you knew you weren't eating something perfectly natural. The centers of the cakes seemed to be better than the exterior.
Overall, delicious.
Cute little bakery, so many varieties, my daughter loved the butter croissant & the double chocolate roll cake! And apparently Cuban owner, also have won the 2021 best in Salt Lake City!
Amazing affordable pastries! This Cuban influenced bakery is a hidden gem.
To the owners, can I suggest that you make the business more visible from the street? I’ve driven and biked by countless times but only noticed it for the first time today. Maybe you could put a sandwich board on the sidewalk with the days specials or hang some banners?
Amazing bakery, with the biggest croissants I ever saw. Most of the products are very new and fairly priced. The espresso had also been really strong. I like water in the pineapple, it's a good touch. The owners are really accommodating and super cool! Drop in for a coffee and a nice baked item. Will go back here soon!
Can’t go wrong with anything here. We particularly like the macarons. I suggest the variety pack so you can try more flavors. My pictures are from the Salt Lake Airport location.
Ordered a buche de noel cake for my company's holiday party! The cake was delicious! Every in the office loved it! It was perfect and beautifully decorated, I didn't want to cut into it! The service was amazing. They accommodated our order earlier than buche de noel cakes were available. There was one mix-up in the pickup location, they accidentally had it at West Valley, but they had one of their employees drive it over the Salt Lake location quickly, and even gave our employee free coffe as she was waiting. Recommend them for impressive, delicious, high-quality desserts!
