Double Double...animal style with both grilled and raw onions and extra pickles....I think that's the only way I'm gonna order from now on....only fast food burger that comes close is
What-a-Burger that I got when I was in Texas....Five Guys is good but too expensive....if I'm going to spend over $15 on a burger meal I'm going to our local burger joint here in Santa Cruz...Betty's Burger....they have excellent gourmet burgers that are worth every penny...
Definitely the best hamburgers in the city the place is nice and clean , the stuff is really nice the only thing I think they need extra parkings is to hard to found a parking specially in the weekens . But is the best hamburger place
Double-Double is always the best choice! Don’t forget to ask for animal style for your burgers! Bread is crunchy and smelled creamy. The environment was clean and bright. It was a nice purchasing experience!
In-N-Out burger is ever so good, but they often burn their burgers which makes me nuts. They say they have to make them well done, but burning them is just gross.
When they are made right they are really great. There are many good things at In-N-Out. They have great fries and their shakes are very good. They also have about anything you want, just ask them. They have chili although it is not on the menu, and you can get a grilled cheese, also not on the menu.
This In-N-Out was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The food was made as ordered and nice and hot. It can get crowded, but the wait is not that bad. You will enjoy this place.
I would suggest you ask them to have your burger medium and they may say they have to be made well done. Tell them to add a note saying do not over cook.

Friendly staff. We went to Santa Cruz wharf and stop by here because we got trapped in the traffic. A little break for the road trip. I prefer the cheese burger without onion.
As usual, the lines are really long BUT excellent customer service and the food is consistently delicious. Perfect every time.
Been here many times and have never had a complaint about anything. Hopefully it stays that way!

Extremely busy because it is just off freeway! Small parking lot that was full with people waiting for parking spots. Beware of people backing all the way back out to the street because they couldn't find a spot. I was able to park and walk inside to order. The drive thru line was ridiculous. 🤣 I waited about 45 minutes in between the line inside to order and actually getting my order. I ordered a Double Double, fries and a chocolate shake for $10.65. I should have remembered to ask for cheese on my fries. My food hit the spot and my order was correct.
I probably love them more because where I live we don't have In-N-Out...so it's always a special treat when I travel.
CALIFORNIA LOOOOVVVEEEEEEEEEEE! This location had a line going out the door and cars lined up around the block for drive-through. Top tip, always go inside to order to get served faster. Ordered in 5 minutes and served in less than 4. Animal style burger with extra crispy fries. Nothing else quite like it!
Sometimes simple and classic is all you need. When you're at In-N-Out, you know what to expect. A bit of a crowd, a bit of a wait but it's all well worth it. Consistency in their food and service with some extras in the secret menu item's keep me going back. If you don't want to wait the extra five minutes for quality, there's a McDonald's next door and for the same reason you won't have to wait, but don't expect much over there.
