Deeeeeeeeeeelicious pizza. They’ll do limited special order like thin sauce for those who need some diet restriction. The atmosphere is calm and location is convenient, easy to hear and talk inside. A place to go try a new style pizza, and have an old favorite that feels like a new style. A must try!
Great pizza in town if you like paper thin wood fire. We waited what seemed like forever for our check was my only complaint, but other than that…delicious! Get large if you are a male with an appetite - small is good for the ladies!
Nestled in the heart of downtown Salida, Amicas is a tasty, wood-fired thin crust pizza spot. The wait time was much less than we were quoted on the Saturday night we visited, which pleasantly surprised us. Once seated, our server offered my kiddos pizza dough to play with while we waited. Perfect to keep their busy hands occupied. The food came & was delicious! I ordered the Verns Mountain Salad & it was the best salad I’ve had out in this town! I also stole a slice of the Vesuvio - super tasty. My kids enjoyed the spaghizza, which is spaghetti topped pizza. They are super picky too & it was nice to see some innovation on a kid’s menu. I can also highly recommend their house made root beer.

So many gluten free options! They made this ahi tuna salad GF for me by removing the wonton strips and adding GF toast. It was excellent! They sell this dressing (and I bought some!) because it’s so good. Highly recommend!
Amazing pizza. My wife had the gluten free and it’s one of the best she’s ever had. I had regular crust and same for me - some of the best pizza I’ve ever had in my life. In fact, it was so good we came two days in a row while vacationing nearby.
Always have to make it a point to come here when we visit. Incredible pizza and an all around great atmosphere. If y’all are like me with needing to try the most interesting pizza on the menu when you go out, this place has several. I got the Thai one and it lived up to the hype, would definitely recommend. Prices are a little steep, but pretty in line with the rest of the area.
We are visiting from out of town... from the outside, it looked inviting. Inside, it was even better! I ordered spaghetti bolognesse, and my husband ordered a calzone. We brought them back to our hotel. What a delicious meal! Thank you Amicas.
Super popular, long line but it moved quickly enough. Food came quickly and was very tasty. The ambiance was really nice, even a bit of community vibe. We were asked to share a table with another pair and that was totally fine, even though they weren't keen on conversation, because the tables were huge. Nice bar as well where you could strike up Convo with someone. Will come here again on my way through next time

We got the Classico Pizza (Large 12") it was delicious and perfect for 2 people. The taste was right on, super amazing flavor. Good service. Really enjoyed our time eating here! Really good, highly recommend!
Great pizza. We enjoyed the goat cheese pizza with fresh tomatoes (can’t remember the name off hand). We also got a Hawaiian style pizza with balsamic which was good but not my favorite. Our waitress disappeared a lot because it was very busy but she was friendly.
The wait was about 15 minutes which was faster than they anticipated.
It was relatively clean for as busy as they were. Overall we would go back.
