ALL of the food is incredible and made from local and wholesome ingredients. The atmosphere is welcoming and peaceful. James has a vast knowledge of veggies/fruits and how they help the body. The smoothies are made with perfectly balanced ingredients and are delicious. Definitely go check this place out!
BEST FOOD IN TOWN! We have been coming here since spring 2019 and the menu just gets better, while quality of service and ingredients has always been consistently great. So far, this is the only truly vegan place in town, and it's quite the oasis. We will be back... Over and over.
Hands down one of the highest vibe plant based eateries / juice companies that I've ever been blessed to cross paths with! James & Kristina are incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating - they'll make you feel right at home, their service is next level! When it comes to the juice, smoothies & food - holy moly you are in for a treat my friends! If you're passing through Salida, y'all gotta pay them a visit!
Pretty sure this is the juice bar in Salida. I am just now going through old places I've been to give ratings. I love this place. Great food and drink for the body. Check um out for great vegan foods and fresh pressed juices.
Yummy juices, tons of options to make your own as well. Maca powder and other popular supplements also available to add to your juices or smoothies. Filled with dairy free, gluten free, vegan options! Friendly staff and a great place to grab a snack before or after a hike.
Heaven on earth. I love coming here for the San Juan sunrise and adding spirulina and CBD tincture ! You get a discount if you bring your own bottle or jar and I love the little incentive to help reduce the waste problem in America. Definitely try some of their vegan food options if you get a chance. The pesto zoodles are too yummy. Thanks for being here, manipura!
Traveling so much, I'm a bit worn out on restaurant eating. Manipura surprised me. We tried curry and zoodles - both were super tasty and vibrant. The all-plant-based recipes are clearly developed with a lot of care, and most ingredients sourced locally. Thank you James for your enthusiasm and post-lunch gift of probiotic kimchee. We'll be back!
Great little juice and smoothie shop. I got a fresh made juice for lunch and a smoothie as an afternoon stack. I was pleasantly surprised. I will definitely be back next time I'm in Salida.
The gentleman that worked there was an amazing and delightful person, he was knowledgeable and very refreshing to be around!!! The veggie drinks were delicious and overall it was a lovely experience!!!😊💖
