Excellent food at a very fair price. Portions are also in keeping. Friendly and convenient. Current Covid-19 restrictions limit the restaurant to take out, and there is limited space in the lobby so only one customer at a time placing orders and wait outside for any type of pick up until your name is called. Well worth the extra time it takes for the food during current pandemic restrictions.
It's difficult to know when my order is Ready because the outdoor speaker is broken. They do a great job of social distancing, which I appreciate, but sometimes it is necessary to wait in line outside because they only allow one person in at a time. Food is good!
Great food and honest people! I accidentally Typed in a very large tip on the key pad and they called to alert us and took it off. They earned life long patrons. Thanks for being honest people!
Usually one of my favorites, but this stop was really slow. Ordered food online to pick up at 6, but it was about 6:30 before food was ready. Couple oc dishes lack flavor this time as well - going to chalk it up to being busy as they are one of the very few Chinese restaurants open in the area.
This is my favorite Chinese food in town and has been for YEARS. I've watched their son grow up from a toddler to learning to count money to being absolutely knowledgeable in everything. The food has never ever not one single time disappointed me.
My husband and I have lived in the Roanoke Valley for 35 years and believe me when I say this is the best Chinese Restaurant around. Their food is delicious and always hot when you get it. The folks are super friendly there and the prices are awesome.
Very covid-19 counschous people. Impressed at the safe guards and that they are taking the safety of there customers so seriously. its probably only one of 2 places in town I would trust to get takeout from.
