The staff is very friendly and typically on their game. I’ve had one or two small issues with employees trying to cut corners. I only noticed because I have managed in fast food for 10 years. But those were nothing because overall their quality of food is amazing. Everything is wrapped amazingly. You don’t get into your car, open a burrito and find that they were barely rolled up, or not correctly at all. Everything is wrapped tight, fresh and hot. Just check your bag for sauce. I offer money for extra sauces and stress how much I need. I often get no sauce at all. But that’s in the drive thru.
Edit: I've since been back to this location and they have improved this problem by using portion scoops now. I'm adding two stars because they really are a nice crew and they did fix the problem described below very quickly. I'll reserve the fifth star after a few more runs over the next couple of months.
Friendly crew and all that but I'm tired of getting robbed in my order.
These are pictures of an expensive CrunchWrap with Steak upgrade, Red sauce added and extra cheese, all of which were chargeable upgrades. That bottom layer was just a tiny dollop of rice; I didn't see ANY meat. No extra cheese, no red sauce and the thing was gaping open in the bag despite not having much ingredients. This is not the first time this has happened; they do this every time!
I've tried to ask them politely about why this happens and if there's any other way to order this so that it comes out WITH MEAT but they have no clue how I can request a well made CrunchWrap without the cook getting offended and spitting in my food (I added that last part because, you know). This isn't just a drive through speed thing either. We ordered for pickup at a specific time today and it was still paper thin.
I used to live in New Hope and the same order there will come out amazing; perfect and packed full. I know it can be done.
Also, the order ahead of time does NOT generate the survey code on the receipt for the "TellTheBell" site.
What can I say I love taco bell. I'm sick, I know lol. They rarely ever get an order wrong whether dining in, picking up, or taking out.
