Had an otherworldly food experience earlier tonight with this amaaaaazing mahi mahi served with mixed veggies like eggplant & basil, wide rice noodles that were done perfectly, and the green curry sauce was so flavorful and complex yet also delicately balanced to highlight the fish rather than overpower it! And just enough heat on the back end.
I've eaten a lot of thai food around the country but this was incomparably the best I've ever had. 5 Stars. I highly recommend making a trip over to Mango Thai. I'm in love.
went to mango thai and it was awesome. The service was great the food was perfect and juicy yum.. We order pad Thai, mango spring roll and a stir fry dish. Everything was perfect and the mushrooms in the stir fry was so food one bite it was so flaverful. Yum need to go back hehehe.
Great food all around! It was a little small but decorated very well and so comfortable to do sit in dining. It's a perfect in-between of a casual dinner and a dress up date night. I loved the food, they served a peanut sauce with the mango spring rolls which were to die for! Overall the sauces were runnier and sweeter when compared to the stickier more savory style of pad Thai that I'm used to. It was still delicious! But I know some people have an opinion about that type of thing.

My two sons and I have been working our way through the menu (we have been there 5x's in two weeks) and I have to be honest; as a person who never chooses a favorite anything I am inclined to say this is my favorite restaurant!
I haven't been treated to a meal or service like this since our family friends closed their Vietnamese restaurant many years ago.

Was craving Thai Food Friday Night for Date Night & we had an amazing experience at Mango Thai - St Paul, MN 🤩 It's a super small space about 6-8 tables however it's super cozy & the customer service was amazing!
• Shrimp Tempura Pad Thai: so UNIQUE the batter of the shrimp tempura was perfect & flavorful! The pad thai noodles itself was very very soft & saucyyy✨ with fresh bean sprouts. We didn't think the fish sauce was needed at all🤗
• Chicken Tom Yum Soup: very strong lemongrass flavor which I love so much, the sourness was definetly there, so flavorful & definetly needed for the cold weather! Was salty enough to enjoy with rice!
• Thai Papaya Salad: Not your original spicy thai papaya however it was still very delicious! The waitress informed us that it's not the traditional style but I loved how extra-peanuty the enhancement was! I didn't mind, it was still very spicy and crunchy!
• Green Curry w Beef: we were craving curry & this satisfied our cravings! Defunetly warm, smooth, not too rich and the beef was tendor! Was perfect poured over rice✨
• Thai Tea: how can you not get thai tea at a thai restaurant? No where else makes perfect thai tea! 🥳
Excellent excellent chicken coconut soup!! Must try. Great mango sticky rice. We also loved the yellow curry. One of the best.

I ate here this past Saturday. We were in the neighborhood originally for Red Cow, but it was a long wait. We were calling around to a few spots and decided on Mango Thai.
Small space but intimate. It wasn’t very busy so our food came out pretty fast. The food was hot and fresh. I recommend the pot stickers or the egg rolls.
I tied the Mango Sticky Rice & Mango Spring Rolls and I highly recommend. The Mango sticky rice was delicious and very instagrammable. The Spring rolls come with the usual fish sauce but also a nice slightly sweet peanut sauce. I will def. be back, I had to wait a little before someone came to the front but with food this good I don't mind waiting for a minute or two. Call or order ahead.
I previously dined here prior to the pandemic and was not impressed by the curry...but decided to give it another try after a few years, and wow! The curry is now amazing and the food was wonderful. Glad I gave it another chance! Masaman curry was impeccable!
We Bitesquad food in and Mango Thai is great every time. I love the green curry. The right balance of spice, the vegetables are perfect, and the rice to sauce/curry ratio is just right!
