I couldn't have been happier with the cake Francie did for my daughter's wedding last November. It was as delicious as it was beautiful! We had so many compliments and I even overheard people talking to each other about how delicious it was. And in the months since the wedding, I have continued to get compliments on it. Someone gifted a wedding cake for our wedding that was not Encore bakery. This was disappointing due to the fact that we feel in love with the cake at our tasting. She has an apricot filling that is absolutely amazing. However, the day after our wedding I found that my new wife was holding out on me and had a cake from Encore for her pre- bachelorette party. So I got my fix. It didn't have that apricot filling but I have a bday coming up...
