Yummy teriyaki bowls, orders come out quickly and hot! Not a big menu selection but something for everyone. It does get crowded during lunch hour. Downtown street parking can get tricky. They don't have traditional salad dressing like ranch which was kind of a bummer, but salad was still tasty. Dont let the location stop you from coming inside or the simple decor the food is worth giving it a try! Debit/credit/cash accepted. Also I didnt see a public bathroom available.
One of the tastiest chicken rice bowls in downtown sac! Depending on taste - I usually feel the need to add some salt.
Two first-timers from out-of-state. Impressed with the quality of the meat, the flavours, and the speed of assembling the order. Reasonable prices, lovely food, and in a handy location for the old town district.
Great food and the chicken bulgogi was delicious. Menu prices are for cash only, 65 cents more if you're paying with a card.
Great food and the staff is friendly. Great place for a quick bite to eat.
I was pleasantly surprised how authentic my dishes were (to my Korean palate). I ordered Kimchi soup and Bibimbap and they were both soooo good!!! I moved here from the Bay Area two yrs ago, and I've been disappointed with the K restaurants in Sacramento. Although Teriyaki To Go doesn't have wide variety of K dishes but the ones they have are excellent. Glad someone recommended this restaurant to me. This is where I would go if/when I'm craving good Korean food.
I love this hole in the wall. It's a great Korean restaurant if you like Bibimbap. It's a rice bowl dish and the national dish of Korea. Full of delicious morsels like Kim Chi and radish. The service is great. Some of the folks behind the counter don't speak that much English, but they truly care if you are enjoying yourself and your food. Bring cash, they take card, but prefer cash. For less than $10 you will get a great meal. Just don't judge the place for the cheap chairs and tables, the food is worthwhile.
First time here. Ordered the Teriyaki Rice Bowl with chicken, $5.95. Good sized bowl with lots of chicken. Filled me up. The chicken was moist, and they don't put so much sauce that it drowns your rice. At 1pm on a Tuesday I had no wait to order, and waited maybe 3 minutes for my food. Great service.
First time here. Went during lunch and the line moved quickly as the staff works so fast. Got a chicken teriyaki rice bowl, great amount of both. I paid $1 extra for "steamed veggies", expecting some cabbage, carrots, maybe a broccoli or two but all I got was bean sprouts, which is apparently their definition of veggies. I should have asked what kind of veggies but there were people behind me and I didn't want to be that person holding up the line so I didn't. Well now I know and so do you!
Walked into this place by accident and was pleasantly surprised. It was super busy at lunch but the owners were quick and the service was fast. Ordered the bulgogi and bibimbap and they were both tasty. Hidden gem by the state capital.
