GGGreat Place for dancing. Get there early at 5 or 6 and have a wonderful dinner. Good people and ambience, very reasonable. This is a line dancing mecca for Northern California. Love this place.

I absolutely LOVE this place. There's live music, line dancing and even salsa on certain nights. If you don't know the line dances, they do teach one or two of them on Wednesday nights. There's a mechanical bull and restrooms located in the back. You can find a full service bar in the front, and a small one that sells bottled/canned drinks in the back. There's plenty of seating— inside and on the patio. (I've never had the food, so I can't vouch for that, but I've heard it's good.) I love that they provide water near the dance floor, and free nachos later in the night. The staff are awesome and super nice. The DJ does take song requests. Security is amazing and takes their job seriously cracking down on underage drinking, as they should.
*If I were to make a suggestion: Stoney's should seriously consider extending the dance floor. It gets really crowded on Wednesday and Friday nights.
**Another suggestion: provide ventilation and cooling for the booths near the dance floor. Everywhere else is nice and cool, but it's unbearable at the booths in the summer.
***A tip for newcomers: If you want to learn the line dances, take notes on the names of the songs and dances (the DJ does a great job announcing them beforehand), then look them up on YouTube and practice at home. You'll be good at them in no time! It's okay if you only know one or two line dances, just be patient with yourself and have fun.
What a great bar. The food was delicious. The environment was friendly and the beer was cold. They also have a small but decent selection of whiskeys. Definitely into the Halloween spirit.
Update:stopped on Thursday for their prime rib. Amazing!!!
If your looking to learn how to dance slasa or line dance this is the place. They have the coolest talented instructors and amazing staff.

You can save on the cover charge if you arrive early for a quick bite before the dance lesson begins.
This place gets packed with people by 10 pm with some of the most amazing dancing individuals I've ever seen.

I love this place!! I line dance so it was an absolute blast. I love how they call out every dance and have a big dance floor. So fun!! We didn't eat but the beer was good.
Great place to have a cocktail meet some locals and regulars the dance to country music most of the week and on Thursday salsa night. The bar area offers bar seating meals at the counter and of course karaoke from the dance floor area. Professional friendly staff, nice people and very welcoming!
Delilah's favorite place to dance and gather with friends. She has been dancing here for 13 years. Mike at the back bar is great and Mike at the door is great also.

Great venue for dancing and they go above beyond any spot in Sacramento for a dancing venue with great instructors. Drinks are good with great pours, I heard the food is good and will try soon.
I had a great time here and the bartender Evan was very cool. He knew how to make a delicious and profesional Old fashion. He really put great effort, detail, and time into making the 3 he made. I also met the owner kevin who was a really cool guy along with his staff. This place had a lot of energy and is very social and friendly which great to know and see. Keep up the Awsome work there and ill be seeing you guys again.
Amazing dance hall, Wednesdays and Fridays are 18 and over. Good amount of regulars, so you always have someone to follow no matter the dance.
