Delicious food, outstanding service, very generous portions, beautiful and very clean environment, good music, family-friendly, plenty of parking, great location, minimal wait-time to be seated, super exciting bday celebration by our amazing server who got the crowd to join in the singing, we left very full and very happy. Yesterday I through a surprise 50th wedding anniversary party for my grandparents at this restaurant. It went so perfectly. The back room was a great location to surprise them. The staff was amazing. They were so helpful and not to mention the food was fabulous. The owner was there the whole time to supervise the crew and make sure everything ran smoothly. All in all it was a success thanks to this great place. We will be back for sure. If you aren't sure where to eat and you are considering this place, please go. It will be worth it. They also have a location in Folsom with out door seating. Perfect for summer time!! Thank you all for a successful party!
I come here with my girlfriend frequently. She love the Emmoladas I like the Chili Relleno plates. All the food is good, the service is also. And they have free chips and salsa.

The second we walked in, we were greeted and seated promptly by Alejandro.... what an amazing host/server. He was very attentive to every single patron in the restaurant. The front dining area has enough seating, but towards the back by the bar is another seating area, which I guess they use for overflow in case the front is too packed.
Our drinks were brought out promptly, and our orders were taken just as quickly. Our food was brought out pretty quick, and it was 🔥 🔥 🔥!
They say that you can pretty much judge a Mexican restaurant's food by the taste of their beans and rice. I believe that to be true because when I took a bite of each, my heart was happy.
I had the cheese enchilada and chile relleno plate, my mom had the 3 tacos, and my brother had the enchiladas suissas.
We were too full to have dessert, maybe next time we visit.
I can tell you that this is the spot for Mexican food, and I will definitely be back again. (This is the 3rd or 4th time that we've visited this restaurant, and there has been no disappointment.)
They have ample parking, and it looks like they may be sharing the parking lot with a mechanic shop, but I'd check to make sure it's ok to park there. You don't want to have your car towed away while you're inside eating.

Went for brother's birthday. Walked right in, and our group was seated right away. Chips and salsa came right out. Adult beverages were ordered and served almost immediately. As always, food was hot and delicious, and drinks were ice cold.
Our favorite server, Alejandro, was not there on this occasion, and he was definitely missed.
We really like this place. Good food and wonderful, friendly service. This guy joked with us the whole evening and made my partner’s birthday dinner even nicer than it otherwise would have been. Everyone had a nice time, got exactly what they ordered, and everything was delicious. All of which has become unfortunately rare in local restaurants. Good job, White Rose.
Amazing. Even the salsa for the chips was amazing. I had Mama's Chicken. Spicy and slightly sweet. Very, very good. Service was great and the food came quickly. The corn tortillas were fresh and flavorful.
Really good tasting food! I don't know about you but I can enjoy a Mexican restaurant but still think the good wasn't that great. This food was really good! And was delivered to our table still hot! It's pricey for lunch unless you get a lunch special but that's only 1 item with rice and beans. It would be better priced for dinner. We will be back!
I think La Rosa Blanca has the best Mexican food in town... period. The food is just BETTER but priced the same as most other places. We have eaten here at least a dozen times and it is always great.

It's authentic. I speak Spanish and spent a couple of years working with Latin folks who treated me to many fine meals. La Rosa Blanca is some of the best food I've enjoyed. If you happen to speak Spanish, so does the staff.
Speaking of the staff, you won't find better servers anywhere. I never waited for a drink refill, and despite a fairly busy lunch service, our delicious meals were out very quickly. There's never any rush, though. It's a family atmosphere and they're happy to have you there.
The menu is varied and I have yet to find anything on it that isn't a culinary delight. This is hearty Latin fare packed with the savory flavors I look for in Mexican food.
The decor is fun and contributes to a peaceful, colorful ambiance.
Give it a try. You won't be disappointed.

One of the best Mexican restaurants we have been to. I normally get chili colorado, which is very good, but this time I decided to try something a lil different & went with steak chicana. It totally blew away the colorado, so tasty! I loved it!
