These are the notes I took while eating here today: the host, not the friendliest, hardest working person. The cooks, GREAT. I went at 1:15 and they kept the food rotating and fresh. I really appreciate that. It was fairly busy, but not like lunchtime busy. The dim sum is very, very good. They even have hargow which is shrimp dumpling and not normally seen at a buffet. Bonus for that. The char sui bao (bbq pork in a steamed bun) was a little hard on the bottom, but that's to be expected when it sits for a while. Gyoza (pot stickers) were very good. Basics: chow mein, greasy but tasty. Rice vermicelli, no flavor. The thing I really enjoyed that was different was the sweet and sour chicken. Normally this is a pork dish, but the chicken was tender and great. Overall, the food is very good. I recommend the green beans. I would come back again even though the price is higher than other places for lunch. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone.
Affordable, great chinese food. Only four stars because we got there at 8:30 pm, we didn't realize it was that late, and it was obvious the employees were ready to go by 8:45! Other than that we have always enjoyed the food here.
Although a bit pricey💲..I found the food to be quite delicious!😘 The selection was great! 👍They had a nice salad bar which was full of fresh vegetables. They have a variety of sushi (fresh & delicious), a variety of soups (the Won Ton was superb), a variety of seafood (crab legs, prawns, shrimp, oysters, clams, octopus, salmon just to name a few.. wish they had crawfish 😕), they had a nice variety of dishes (fried rice, rice, chow mein, broccoli beef, ribs, mushrooms, general chicken, chicken wings, along with pork dishes, beef dishes, chicken dishes, Ect.. And a Mongolian BBQ! The fruit selection was decent, a very good variety of desserts (soft serve ice cream, pudding, cookies, cake..) I can guarantee you that my party left the restaurant royally stuffed & very satisfied!!👌
Huge variety including salads and fruit for the health conscious and pizza and fries for kids. Good value lunch buffet. Five soups, many appetizers and numerous and good seafood items. Overall, very impressive. And who knew I like Tapioca pudding?!
For the location, it's ok. Not bad, but not great. They do have a large selection and includes all the regular cast of characters of a Chinese buffet, but the flavors are very basic. The staff are very hard working. The kitchen replenished the food fairly regularly. If you're in the mood for a quick lunch, this place is pretty good for $11.50 total.
Ate here for the first time on Oct 26th 2015. It was surprisingly good and I would definitely go back. Inside was nicer compared to most buffets I have been to. Outside may look questionable but looks can be deceiving. Gave it 5 stars because food was good, people who work there are friendly, attentive and not too crowded. You also have varieties of food. I have read all the other peoples reviews. I honestly didn't see any cockroaches but then again I wasn't looking for them because I had my 2 kids with me. Whenever I go back I will update to see if I see anything. We were seated right away and we didn't have to wait even a minute to be waited on. Like I said wasn't crowed at all. Food was actually hot. The buffet tables have clear containers and you can see the water boiling underneath them to heat all the food.
I'm not sure where other people are getting bad experiences from, but I've consistently had a good time eating here recently. The food is pretty good, at least decent if nothing else, and the price isn't overkill for a place like this. Would give 5 stars if the service deserved it, but even then it's not too atrocious and the staff is at least mildly attentive.
I like this place. We have eaten here several times and it’s consistently good. It may not be the best Chinese food in to world but it’s good. The selection is huge and for a buffet, service is way above average. Yes, they could do a better job with the salad bar. Lunchtime price is reasonable, about $10.00 plus tax and tip.
I love going there for a quick lunch with my god son. For the first time in years I wasn't happy with anything on my plate. Everything was either hard (over cooked or sitting under the lamp to long) or just dried out. The plaintains are still the best there though.
I have six or seven isles of hot and cold food in such a large variety of Asian and American dishes you can't go wrong by visiting China Buffet the prices are reasonable the staff is very cordial and will even help you get food if you need assistance. Stop by and try the sushi bar or even the fresh made to order sea dessert bar and fresh frozen chocolate vanilla or twist soft serve is always a delight
