Best customer service ever! My husband and I were delivering a load close to Tai Chi Bubble Tea, so I made him drive his truck to this place, and it was well worth it! The girls were so lovely and patient. I wanted to try something different, and she recommended the brown sugar flavor, but I didn't like the bubble. She was so nice; she allowed me to try a different bubble, and then she remade my drink with that bubble.
We were delivering from NJ, and that’s not the type of customer service you get in NJ. I was grateful for their outstanding customer service.
Our family loves bubble tea and we’ve tried almost every place in the area. This is by far our favorite. There are so many flavors to choose from, you can adjust the sweetness and ice level, and they have a wide variety of toppings. The workers and management are very friendly and helpful and will give you great suggestions if you don’t know what you want. Today they gave us two free Mochinut donuts with our order just because.
The Miso Ramen is to die for. It's delicious while still being very protein packed. Every part compliments each other very well! The Rose Peach Milk Tea was delicious along with the passion fruit lemon green tea. The atmosphere was very calming and the staff were extremely polite and friendly
Chill spot to grab food/boba and hang out with friends. The sushi rice bowl has always been my favorite thing on Taichi’s menu.
The sushi boxes are bright and colorful and good value for the quality and variety of ingredients you can load in there. I order my sauce on the side so that my meal doesn't get weighed down. The coconut milk tea is delicious. Always very happy to eat here!

Love the bubble tea here and definitely the best place to get bubble tea in Rochester. The fruit teas are great and I love that I can customize the sugar and ice levels. The ramen is also pretty good here and the packaging on it with to-go order is smart so you don't have to worry about soggy noodles when you drive. They have smoothies, milk tea, hot tea, cold tea, fruit infused tea and a bunch more- I've tried a lot of things here and have never been disappointed. If you don't like the tapicoca boba, try the popping boba instead!
Finally a place that has legit bubble tea with options! Not to mention delicious Ramen among other things. Very cool atmosphere with photo boards you can throw Polaroids on and a white board you can write on. They also have really cool wood tables and walls. A seating area with a couch and games you can play at your table as you hang. You can't go wrong with this spot.
They are awesome here. Best bubble tea smoothie around. Try thr “cheesy milk foam” it’s INCREDIBLE
A very nice place with a different type of Asian drinks and food. Its really good and enjoyed the drinks we had. Very flavorful. One of my now favorite places to stop for a drink and a light meal.
