restaurant was quiet only about 4 tables in the whole restaurant
the waitress was great
I ordered the 2 pancakes hash browns and 2 boil eggs that they didn't cook long enough
my wife ordered 3 pancakes bacon and hash browns which she said was good but food wasn't hot with no business you would figure the food would come out hit and cooked throughly
First time at this location and it didn't disappoint. Upon entering we were seated right away. Our waitress Veronica greeted us and took our drink orders. I ordered the 2 x2x2 , 2 eggs over medium with hashbrown, pancakes and2 pieces of ham. My mom also had the same. It took a little long to come out but when it did it was delicious. Also I had the new drink strawberry tea. It was very fruity. Bathrooms were clean also. Restaurant was also clean. I definitely will be back again soon

I'm from Philadelphia, I eat at IHOP daily. Let me tell you when I ate at this IHOP, in Henrico it put Philly to shame. My meal was so delicious and mouth-watering that every bite had me humming. It's something about Southern cooking, that soothes the soul.
My meals are always cooked to order. Comes out hot & fresh. Service can be slow sometimes I'm guessing due to staffing needs but still not a problem or long wait times.
The lady that unfortunately don’t remember her name, but she was so good, didn’t rush, was very very attentive to me. The food different fast I felt I was like in a different IHOP in a good way. Keep it up guys !!!

Great waitress called E looked after us. The food was lovely. I had a Garden omelette that was not greasy and the kids had pancakes etc. It was busy but we were seated quickly even though there as a large number of parties waiting in all. The food took a little long to come but E could not do enough for us. Thank you.

Today as of March 25th 2019 the staff of this location at IHOP did a fantastic job today with satisficing and pleasing my order the manager Miss Liz was very friendly and polite professional and is doing a great job with her staff. I called back today so I had to let her (Ms Liz) know and to give miss Carolyn thank you especially a great thank you to miss Carolyn for being for like friendly and professional taken my order via phone and very kind about explaining different options of variety of menu options and she did very well with listening repeating my order back and made my food very special and she understanding and making sure to know what enough toppings on your side means😁😀😊👏 she did a great job with that for me today I have enough of my toppings which makes my food excellent(she did not forget nothing any toppings about she made sure everything was packed and ready to go all condiments civil well package everything was in the bag that's excellent customer satisfaction 😉) over here doing my happy dance toes just going

Our waitress Veronica absolutely made my day, she is so friendly and helpful. Part of my order was forgotten, but she got it for me to go right away when I mentioned it.
It had a pretty relaxing vibe in the restaurant.
When we are back in Virginia, we will visit again.
