The most favorite for my hot coffee and California crunch wraps without meat since last 5 years from Grand mission parkway to galleria, from galleria to Sugarland and many Texas cities the most favorite always and no other coffee except the homemade tea. During COVID-19 many locations were not offering breakfast and hot coffee, I was upset but since few months they opened back again.
Thanks to the management of Taco Bell franchise chain stores.
Always favorite and only choice to buy from them are::
1. California Crunch wraps without the meet
2. Hot Coffee
3. Nachos Fries
It was a take home order made perfectly as asked for staff is friendly turnout. Time was quick.
Very friendly staff, always receive excellent service and food. No long waits and always make it convenient for you as a customer if you do have to wait.
The chalupa was not filled at all and I felt like I was only eating the fried bread with literally nothing inside - I did ask to substitute the meat with beans but looks like they just omitted the meat
Edit: They fixed it after a month or two.
The online ordering is messed up for this location. Items are missing for example there are only diet drinks. There are also plenty of food items missing like the crispy chicken taco
Just wanted to give a compliment to a lady named Roseanne or Roshan (just overheard her coworker call out her name) you have such great customer service, all smiles early morning! She has very good people skills, keep it up!

Something about the management of this Taco Bell needs to be emulated. Even when there are 5 cars ahead of me during lunch time, I'm out of the line in 3 minutes. When I get my food, it's not a sloppy mess, either. It's well put together with consistent portions. The customer service is always very friendly.
I frequent Taco Bell, and I have been to many. This is the best location I've been to.

They were fast and efficient in the drive thru. The guy working the window was friendly. This is probably one of the better Taco Bell locations. Burritos were hot and were perfect.
Literally the best Crunchwrap I've had in years, So good it gave me a flashback to the first time I had one in high-school. I graduated 2013 so we're talking almost 10 years. Great Job! 👍
I came late after work around midnight, which I know can be annoying. The workers told me they made it with love. They did in fact make it with love. Thank you night crew!!
