Avocado bacon burger has a slightly raw 🥑, which is disappointing considering it's supposed to be the anchor, but otherwise tasty and loaded as usual.
Great establishment. Manager was on top of his game. All of the staff was very friendly. Facility was very clean. Burger was cooked to perfection. Mr. Dobson would be proud. Thank you.
Grabbed a quick bit right around lunchtime. While the drive-through was super busy, it was surprisingly not too crowded inside. Whataburger is a great place to go for a good burger without blowing the budget.
Mike, the manager was very busy helping with orders and the register. He was professional, fast, courteous and very patient, speaking nicely as he was training his staff. Multitasking at its best. Great management!!
Go ahead and give Jeffrey a promotion right now!!!! What a service!! At 10:40PM at that. He repeated back our order at the window SO CLEARLY! There was absolutely no room for confusion. He was also very respectful, no one has ever given us that service before at a whattaburger so he didn’t even have to be that respectful but he was. We’re moving north in couple weeks, 10 years going to whattaburger and Jeffrey will always be remembered by us. I wish I had had cash to leave him a tip but maybe we’ll do another run here before we leave. Please move this guy up. I wouldn’t have even been mad if they messed up our order just bc his service was so great.
I would like to recognize Ms.Mariah the cashier at the drive thru. I came through the drive thru on Sept.6th in the morning. She has a very pleasant personality, and made my experience today a good one. 5 stars in my book.
Had an amazing experience I ordered a burger off the menu and did not know that mustard comes with it So I went inside to see if I can get just a new bottom bun but the amazing manager Maria listen to my issue and went above and beyond and had a new burger made for me to help me with my problem even though it was not there fault but mine made me leaving the experience feeling care for that’s so much Maria and your team
Needless to say I meant to take a picture before I started eating. The adage of go big or go home really applies in Texas. For the sweet and spicy bacon burger and it was all that and then some. I could only take a pic of the wrapper. The drink is a medium. And let's not forget the hot apple pie. Customer service is also top notch (Chick-fil-A has competition).
I needed to take my meds I had hot water but anyway they were amazing normally fast food places try too charge for everything but I'm glad they are nice..
Tacos are high dollar. Had 2 bacon egg n cheese tacos almost $9 they are not that great.
