Literally the best Shabu Shabu! Thought is put into everything they serve, from the drinking water to the desert. This place is amazing and deserves every star!
This place is amazing...manager, staff (especially Wendy) food and all in a tiny little spot!!! A must if in the Palm Springs area.

This place goes above and beyond in customer service & food!
As soon as we walked through that door, we were taken care of and our needs were met. The employee pulled our chairs out and sat us down in a matter of seconds. It was our 1st time, so step by step they explained the menu and what to expect. They also gave us a quick trivia about the sake, meats and what Shabu is.
The broth was amazing! The meat was like eating a piece of heaven! The veggies were so crunchy and fresh! The noodles were so soft!
The waitress came to give us more napkins and rice, she politely waited out of frame because she saw we were shooting a video of the food. They removed our dirty dishes quickly, brought us more water without asking, asked us if we needed anymore broth, noodles, veggies, rice and etc.
At the end, as we were walking out the door, they all thanked us for coming in and one of the employees ran after us to give us a sample of the handmade toffee.
Overall, it was the best restaurant experience ever and the best food ever! I will recommend this place to everyone I know and, of course, come again!
My boy friend and I have been coming here for about 3 years now. The staff is so friendly and so kind, they even started to remember our orders. They greet you so kindly when you walk in and I've even had them open the door for me a few times while exiting just to say thank you and goodbye. The food is AMAZING, I don't eat much and whenever we come here I eat everything!! The broth, to the dipping sauces, to the meat, to the appetizers are all so delicious. Favorite restaurant:)

Servers were really kind and friendly.
But one server who get ordered lost our orders a lot.
And food was amazingly delicious 😋 😍 😊 dessert is also beautiful. On the other hand, we were waiting food too much. So we exhausted 😩 😪.

10/10 on food quality. Ingredients and even the drinks were top notch. I got a variety of wine and then got sake. It was warmed in a bowl of hot water to bring it to temperature and not dilute the flavor.
Meat quality was exceptional and the hamachi was super fresh.
Service was 11/10
We were so happy with dinner we made a reservation for tomorrow (my wife and I are on vacation here).
Broth and Dipping sauces are amazing. All dishes looked fresh. Outstanding Service. Great price in compared to the food quality and service.
Popped in here with the wife and kids before a movie down the street. I will start by saying the service was fantastic. All of the girls working here were on point and paid attention to us the entire time we were there. The food was good and it was a cool experience as we had never been to a place like this before. I have read about these spots, and all said and done, for the price and the portion sizes, it really just isn't for me. Don't let me discourage you though. It is definitely something to try at least once. We also met the owner who was an absolute sweetheart. I would probably come back here but definitely not with kids.
There is no better place to eat in the desert. It is our families family favorite place. The food is just so wonderful, the service is fantastic, and the experience so fun that you happily pay the higher than average price for dinner. If they had a bit more space inside and better parking, it would be perfect!
What an amazing experience! They accommodated our party of 6 quickly and took the time to explain how the hot pot process worked since it was our first time. The staff was amazing and the food was extremely fresh and tasty! We all enjoyed ourselves thoroughly and would definitely come back next time we’re in town.
This place is amazing! The food is great, the service is impeccable. The people who work here are so caring, polite, and really make your dining experience special.
We didn't set out to come here originally, but I'm so glad we ended up here. We were going to dive at the place next door, but when we arrived we were told they're closed despite the yelp listing saying they're open. So we went here and they were also about to close, as was every other place in town. We were in town celebrating my birthday and I thought for a minute that we were going to end up getting dinner at a drive thru. But the manager was kind and let us stay.
Not only did we have an amazing dining experience, but they also sang happy birthday to me as they brought me a delicious dessert.
Thank you ladies for making my birthday dinner so memorable and fun and for your amazing service, the kind that's hard to find these days.
Don’t be nervous, give it shot! The staff are exceptional and do not mind explaining or helping. The taste was even better than the looks.
