The Arby's Deluxe Wagyu Steakhouse Burger left me with mixed feelings. While it wasn't bad, it didn't quite reach the level of greatness either. One disappointing aspect was the lettuce, which didn't look appetizing. On a positive note, I appreciated the convenience of the online order process, and the drive-thru staff was pleasant. However, considering the price of over $12 for this combo, I expected a more exceptional taste. In my opinion, the burger's flavor fell short, making me question if it should be priced closer to $7-$8 instead.
Food was fresh and staff was very friendly. If you're worried about social distancing, definitely the place to go! The tables were spaced perfectly! Way to go Arby's!
I don’t remember their names, but I came in for a simple chicken nugget meal this afternoon and everything was perfect! The two employees I did interact with were super sweet and I’m so happy I stopped by for a quick bite. Thanks y’all, I know times are crazy with short staffing and such, but you guys are killing it!!

This one is a for-real Way Back machine.
On the outside we see the 80s (?) effort to build out a conformity-first blockhouse-facade out-parcel for the similarly (out)dated mall behind. It screams Wendy's, but who knows?
What's great for this review is the sign outside that states Arby's is Hiring AND Inspiring. Because on the inside, which looks like a Wendy's layout from my long past youth, there are Inspirational Signs. Oh goodness gracious.
The kitchen looks like vintage Wendy's. The food, which met my expectations 👍, was just fine, the crew members efficient & friendly. Yea!
The framed Inspiration posters, which I assume were bought at a store named "Inspirations" at a mall in the mid 80s, are totally Way-Back AWESOME.
They are spectacularly ernest and ignorantly ironic in that boomer / Reagan-esque / néuvo-suburban blow rehab disarray I remember growing up in. It's an art gallery of Pitfall(s) 😉
Challenge is golf by the ocean.
Perseverance is a granite wall to climb over and over until you fall off.
Leadership is fly fishing by yourself.
Determination is a huge field that's been eaten by a golf course.
Teamwork is getting everyone you know to jump out of a plane.
Possibilities is either the ocean destroying your house or a frozen tundra awaiting development 🤔

Of course knot. Without the internet or mObil3 Fones, people in the 80s had the time for (sorry, TO, I meant: to) 🙄 blow out on the golf course.
Anyway, this place is a bit hard to find behind all the overgrown shrubbery, but that doesn't matter if your phone is telling you where to go. It was quick, the art is "Inspiring", and the whole thing is a time capsule; and a hit if you're into an indulgence of 4 decades past nostalgia.
When I walked in, the line was 4 or 5 deep & there were several people waiting for their orders. Everyone in line complained ordering and no orders came out. A couple of minutes later, everyone orders started to come out. Don't know what the holdup was.
The cashier who took my order was very friendly and handled the orders efficiently.
Food was good, very similar to the other Arby's I've been to.
BBQ Brisket sandwich is delicious!! Entire menu is great 👍 Staff at North West Raleigh Arby's is also super! Way to go, Arby's!!
They still have the old school Arby's vibe they haven't remodeled in awhile. Food was quick and fresh, staff was friendly.

Can't wait to see the new building (because it will be cool and the thermostat is near the kitchen and dining room is a bit chilly). LOL.

First time it this location. Place was clean, the service was great, food prepped quickly and was hit. Well run location. There of us at lunch all with different menu items and all were great
