My family and I visited this Zaxby's location for the first time yesterday and had an excellent dining experience. We received our food promptly and the employee named Charli provided exceptional, friendly service. Charli exhibited great customer service skills. The restaurant was impeccably clean and had a delightful atmosphere. I plan to revisit this Zaxby's again in the near future.
Food was great, as always. What really struck me was the excellent customer service and atmosphere. The employees had big smiles, welcomed everyone that entered, and overall emitted a joyous vibe. Incredibly refreshing considering most fast food places nowadays staff people that act like you’re a pain for ordering from their restaurants.
(Also interested in trying this new “spicy” Zax sauce!)
Been here before but I don’t know what changes they have made. All good!! My food is always fresh and the fries are soo good!!! My favorite spot of all times. I also got TWO ranches!! 😁😁
I always go to the zaxbys. Normally they do a good job with everything this time was no different I took off a star because they slacked on the loaded fries they are supposed to be loaded so I expect more chicken and bacon but other than that it was good. Everything was made fresh to order they gave less fries this time than normally but overall everything was good and service was good.

I haven’t had Zaxby’s in sooooo… 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 I was pleased with the cleanliness and friendly staff! Aaron greeted us as we walked in and helped me with the menu. It’s been years since I’ve been anywhere remotely close to a Zaxby’s, we live in Ohio now, but oh how I miss that southern hospitality!

Good chicken wings! I like the Buffalo Garlic Blaze sauce. They have an excellent National Chicken Wing Day BOGO Free offer that went into effect today through tomorrow. Can't beat that. The staff is always helpful and friendly.
Honestly.. I don’t think my order has ever been messed up. And it’s always still hot by the time it gets home.

First time customer and very satisfied! Delivery speed was good and the chicken was so crispy and nice! I’m usually really picky about cole slaw and this Cole slaw was very good. The Coke was pretty watery but that could have been from ice melting. The Texas toast had really good flavor but was very soft and not toasty enough. The fries were nicely seasoned. The Zaxby’s sauce was a flavor I’ve never had before and it was very good! I will definitely keep this in mind as a good cheap dinner option.
