Not sure atmosphere should be a consideration. It's drive through mostly. Some may have an outside table or 2, but it's really just good, consistent food for a reasonable price. I rated atmosphere anyway..so they didn't get points off for it. The atmosphere in my car is pretty good though.
Cook Out is the best fast food burger joint in the country, hands down. The value of their trays, the absurdity of side choices (like a corn dog or quesadilla!!!), the mix and match shakes, it's the absolute best.
We decided to swing in for some eats after a long day. The drive thru attendant was fairly rude because I was not a prolific user of the menu and said "I'm going to just the way you ordered this" then proceeded to laugh at me for my novice ordering skills. My better half fixed my order and we were on our way with the right food items and the correct price by the time we were done at the window. The window employee was friendly and had tons of customer service skills and outshined his counterpart behind the microphone. We enjoyed our dinner of chicken strips/ cheese curds/ sauces/ and Sweet teas. I'll be a better customer next time, and avoid the ridicule.
Guy was a little rude taking the order. The parking lot was trashed and it’s very tight navigating around the building BUT it’s cheap and the food is usually pretty good.

Amazing location! Staff is always very friendly. There is usually a pretty long line, but somehow it moves extremely fast. My order has always been 100% accurate and very good. I came here once and they offered me a free milkshake because they accidentally made an extra. That experience alone really made my day and makes me look forward to visiting this cookout.
Quick service KINDA . Great food as always. Location is right off the main ol capital Blvd. Yet its not too hard to get in and out of. Plus it's right next to a lingerie store incase you Wana do some extra sexy shopping in-between the burger and hushpuppies.
Burger and shakes were pretty good. Not a fan of the chili, but everything else was good. I like that there are 2 drive thru lanes. Makes it a faster process.
I ordered outside cause both longs were super long. They forgot my strawberries for my cheesecake. But at least they didn't forget the cheesecake.
This is an outdoor and drive thru service location. The burgers are delicious and the white cheddar bites are the best! You must try them.
