Absolutely one of the best angus beef burger I have tried in my life and the fries were amazing without any doubt. Mo was very friendly and made sure I was satisfied with my order. This spot will definitely be my spot every week. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and everyone to give it a try.
A semi- drab outer appearance, the restaurant itself is very cleanly, hospitable place to be. Comfortable seating, very reasonable prices. Obviously a burger aligned joint. This place stands out. The burgers were phenomenal, amazing taste. I personally ordered the "Withdrawal Burger". Delicious. Simple toppings, but amazingly balanced. Not too heavy on grease or fat, not to skimpy, I left feeling very full and content. Do yourself a favor and go to this place.
My full order also included Fries and Mozzarella Sticks. All were delicious. One of the best orders of mozzarella sticks I've ever had.
Really good burgers and awesome fries. I was the only person there when I went in for lunch at 1115 and they turned the grill on for me. Cut up whole fresh peppers and onions right behind the counter. Great fresh food and I think the prices are in line with quality (yeah, it's not Cookout pricing, but it's a lot better than a cookout burger). Fortunately several more folks came in before I left so they seem to do good business. Don't let the construction on Hillsborough stop you from trying Hangover Grill, it's worth a visit.
The burger I had was the BEST I have had in a long time. I was honestly blown away. The owner made it just the way I like it. The Cajun seasoning on the fries was delicious, and the garlic aioli was second to none. Really top notch stuff. Can't wait to go back.
I’m very satisfied with the service here. They genuinely care about their customers, and their food meets a standard that most places don’t. My burger was great...not dry and very flavorful. I’m excited to come back and try the boneless wings. The fries are great as well!
OMG!!! Just had THE best lunch!!! Mushroom and Swiss burger was perfection! Had a delicious open flame broiled taste, just juicy deliciousness! Their fries? AMAZING! Fresh cut with the skin, seasoned to perfection! Hubs had the Philly cheese steak. That 8" bun was toasted and filled with very delicious, fresh tasting meat with yummy melted provolone. The Google reviews are on point! This quaint little place will definitely be getting our appetites again.
So I never write reviews but we ordered Hangover Grill from Postmates today and I feel like I have to let someone know. This is is best burger I've had in Raleigh. If I'm eating a burger ever it's going to be from this place. Fresh local Angus beef. Awesome toppings. Perfect fries. Enough said.
If you're looking for a good burger, come here. Don't let the construction scare you off. They are open, fast, friendly, and the food is cooked fresh and tastes great. A good, greasy burger and awesome fries will live up to the name of this little place!!
Excellent! Fresh ground Angus beef, fresh cut fries, homemade toppings! Best burger I've had in a long time. It wasn't greasy or salty but full of flavor. I will definitely be back soon.
The food here is spectacular and always prepared fresh. You might wait a few minutes longer than at a typical fast food place, but it's worth it to have something made to order. The people here are super nice, and there are almost always discounts available on Hooked or similar platforms. I just wish more people visited since everything is fine despite the Hillsborough Street construction!
