I’ve been to this venue many times for various events but my favorite is Carolina Hurricanes hockey! Had a great visit recently highlighted with VIP parking and seats on the glass behind the goal. Super fun to watch the amazing athletes from this spot. The speed of the game is unbelievable!!!
Fabulous show-- staff was all super nice and helpful, plentiful and yummy food and beer options. Comfortable seats and easy to navigate. Parking is PRICEY though... $40 is too much!
The concert was absolutely AMAZING. I felt safe there was a lot of security. A fight broke out and the security rushed in and dealt with it and the show didn’t stop. The staff was exceptionally nice and welcoming and I was rather shocked and impressed. Security redirected people in a very polite manner. I didn’t see anyone get aggressive. The response from the guest was also kind. If the police took the same approach I think society would be better. I watched how the security interacted with crowd and I was in disbelief truly I was. The arena is beautiful, the concert was amazing and the security was kind. This was a great experience.
We have enjoyed our three visits to the PNC Arena in the past two years: Duke @ NC State basketball 🏀, PhD graduation of son-in-law & the Eagles concert on Nov 9, 2023. Great facility for seating, concessions, restrooms, helpful ushers, clear PA & video systems, very simple and convenient signs for locating your section and seats. Horrific $40 for parking; taking advantage of their captive market for the alternative parking is not nearby and it’s a long walk in & out.
Thet did very well with crowd control two of us were on canes and we chose VIP parking the offered wheel chairs. Show was fabulous. if I have to say one bad thing the stairs to the seats are not handicap friendly. Buy we had a great time. Disney on ice.
VIP tickets and parking make the experience that much better. It helps to have a suite but all seats are great here. The staff are professional and first class. Can't wait to come back!! Go Canes!
Went to see TSO as a yearly gift to my husband and let's be honest to myself also lol. The staff there is always friendly and so helpful! That is why we always go to the PNC Arena to see this band!
Great place to see a hockey game!
I drive 9 hours at least once a year to see the Canes play and it is well worth it.
The arena is a little old but they make changes every year.
Seating is good, not the largest of seats but by far not the smallest in the arenas I have visited.
Food and beverage choices are very good as well.
A Mixed Experience at the Eagles' Last Tour
I recently attended the Eagles' last tour, and while the musical performances, especially by the Doobie Brothers, were exceptional, there were some drawbacks that impacted the overall experience.
Firstly, the ticket cost was quite high, running into thousands of dollars. Unfortunately, being on the floor meant that shorter individuals like myself had a subpar view. The constant flow of people moving around further hindered the concert enjoyment.
One notable issue was the staff's strict approach to mobile phone usage. Teams of staff members seemed to prowl the venue, excessively enforcing a no-phone policy, even for texting. This rigid stance felt overbearing and detracted from the overall enjoyment of the concert.
Despite these drawbacks, the musical performances were noteworthy, making the experience memorable despite the logistical challenges.
It was one of the best concerts I have ever attended. The vibe was everything.
Now the parking price was ridiculous. Spending the amount for the tickets and then having to pay $40 dollars to park your vehicle is crazy
