The store has removed all the comfortable seating and has posted signs that somewhat politely tell you that you are no longer welcome after 60 minutes, but the Starbucks kiosk is a shining light. The baritas are friendly and personable. They make your drink exactly as you want it and go out of their way to make sure you feel welcome and satisfied. It's just unfortunate that they have to work under the very unfriendly Safeway management.
My go to spot for a quick latte. Very conveniently located in the SafeWay that is only 3 blocks from my house. Never as packed as your typical Starbucks or other coffeehouse. No lines and always walk right up to the counter. Thanks guys!
Made a large purchase and the manager stuck around to help and go out of her way even after she was supposed to be off work. Another associate was extremely helpful and patient. Great service!
Nice little starbucks next to the hilton downtown, the employees are always great and they are quick! The coffee is just starbucks but if you don't need the premium brew then this might be just what the doctor ordered lol... Oops wrong starbucks... Not sure about this hawthorn location...
They always try make me these best coffee treats. I do a blended caramel macchiato. With a disgusting amount of caramel and extra whipping cream. Soooooo gooood!!!
I absolutely love the baristas here at this Starbucks:) very friendly and always willing to fix things if not done correctly... my friends and i come here 3 days a week just to see the baristas ....:) :)
