Not every neighborhood is graced with corner cafe from a repurposed historical fire station. Daily delicious baked goods using seasonal ingredients. Stark Street Station Cafe is the best.
Yummy food at great prices! Nice neighborhood spot with friendly people and easy parking!
This is a wonderful neighborhood coffee shop! They have lots of alternative milk options, tasty featured drinks, and delicious food. It's cozy and welcoming inside with a cute covered outdoor patio.
I’m so grateful for this sweet little cafe last week! I took a trip to Portland and ended up stopping by here to eat before getting to my air bnb. A few days later I had to come back and eat again! The food here is AMAZING and I would eat the veggie quiche everyday if I lived there! I was lucky to have a lovely chat with the Owner and learn more of the history of his restaurants and his passion as a baker/restaurant owner! He is an incredible man and I’m grateful he shared his space and time and food with me! I hope to come back and visit again someday! Cheers to many more years of success! Sending all my love!
I'm new to the neighborhood and very happy to have this charming shop so close by! (Although it's also worth a detour if you're within driving distance too!!)
At first glance, before the front door, you'll notice a nice patio adorned with flower boxes and small tables with chairs. Very spacious! Stepping through the front door, the glass displays of fresh goodies grabbed my attention, especially the quiches, pies, and muffins! Behind you is the indoor seating area with room for about two dozen+ customers.
The turkey club was perfect! (See pic.) Big enough to share with a friend. It comes with chips too.
I grabbed two tripleberry muffins, a chocolate chip M&M cookie and a peanut butter cookie to-go. They all look great (see pic) but only had a muffin so far and it was everything I hoped. Yum!
The coffee is great, the staff are very friendly, and the place is nice to hang out in. Music isn't too loud so you can talk over it without yelling. The outdoor seating is nice too, all the little potted plants make the patio very relaxing to enjoy your coffee in.
Stopped by because I saw a sign for quiche and this is what I got!!
Absolutely amazing. Staff was very helpful and kiiind!! They do their best and are absolutely amazing. Thanks so much guys. Appreciate your hard work and amazing food.
3 👍🏽’s outta 3 👍🏽’s cuz their food is really good reasonably priced and well portioned.
Nothing but sweet and kind individuals, servers and owners alike. They treat every customer with care, quick on making food as well, and it’s super delicious!
Always satisfied, hope to visit this place every morning before work! :D
Very cute place. Good coffee and pastries. The patio is shielded from the street by vines and plants (but there is street noise). Plenty of room to sit inside, too. They also have frittata and/or quiche.
I sure like this neighborhood deli. Kind staff, yummy food, and a down-home unfussy atmosphere -- so I feel ok coming in dripping after a rainy walk in Mt Tabor Park. Thanks for being there!
They have a great set-up for social distanced to-go orders!! There’s also a great little covered patio to sit and enjoy your food, all tables 6 ft apart :) there’s a wide variety of specialty coffee drinks (the seasonal ones are always so good - Mexican mocha or THE BEST pumpkin spiced latte), a robust food menu (baked goods, incredible quiches, sandwiches), and even cocktails, beer, and wine.
The owner is the nicest guy around and this is a real neighborhood institution - I’ve been coming here since I was in 3rd grade, and I’m in grad school now!
Raspberry Danish was devine. The lemon cream cheese was the perfect compliment to the raspberry. We will be back!
