It’s Chipotle 🤷♂️ pretty good not amazing great prices. Food can take awhile as the employees seem stretched a little thin. Always a treat though!
Edit: 4 months later I still come here regularly and continue to be very satisfied with my food. I personally have not experienced any of the issues cited by other reviewers.
Today an employee by the name of Vash gave me great customer service! He was respectful, polite, communicated extremely well, made laugh a couple of times. I really enjoyed being at Chipotle today his customer service made me feel like I want to return. Thank you Vash have a blessed journey!
It Chipotle. How many questions can you have? The doors are super heavy so be prepared for a pre-burrito challenge. Once in it's cool, the worker talked to me about my nails (painted) and was super friendly.
Good food, great service, but area needs improvement. A lot of homeless and riff raft. Like most places downtown Portland now.

To the crew working the 12:30 pm lunch time today - not only was my own experience seamlessly smooth and the food well prepared today, I had the pleasure of witnessing each employee owning each task they were doing and giving their full attention to each customer going through the line. Throughout 2022 this Chipotle location really struggled: hours were inconsistent, the store would randomly close, and hiring seemed to be an issue. This store has really stepped it up in 2023 and the staff is great. Stellar turnaround so far this year - the Pearl deserves a great Chipotle! 👍🏻
Lots of reviews about poor service, but it was totally fine when I was there in the afternoon on a Tuesday. The guy put a ton of toppings on my tacos, which is always great. Maybe a little hard to hear due to the kitchen noise. Lots of seating. Overall, completely normal Chipotle experience.

Overall I rank Chipotle, specifically this location, between 4.75 to 5 / 5 stars because the price point for flavor, and health/ nutritional value, is unmatched.
Watch out for overeating this delicious food!
