Some places know how to source great seafood, some how to cook it. This place is a rare gem that has both! Family favorite, and you can't go wrong. The fish and chips are some of the best we have tried anywhere around the world. The tacos are equally great, the poke is fresh, the salads are top notch. For a special treat get the smoked platter: rich, decadent, awesome. Of course, oysters are a must and top notch. It's a small and cozy place with outdoor seating with heaters. After you're done, stop by the shop and stock up on fresh seafood.

Best place to both buy your seafood to cook at home as well as enjoy a great meal. They have a great selection of quality seafood for whatever you’re in the mood for. If you dine in, you can sit inside (we like the counter) or outside where it can be a bit drafty and basic. But you’re really there for the food and they know how to cook up some tasty fish! Whether you’re getting salad, poke, fish and chips, or a fish sandwich, it’s all so damn delicious. Service is friendly. Brave the weather, bundle up and sit outside. It’s worth it. Plus you can walk a couple blocks and get ice cream for dessert at 50 Licks.

Oysters were good! Good price. Fish and chips was good too. I was not a big fan of the side coleslaw and the pineapple upside down mochi cake. Our sparkling rose was amazing :) I purchased a bottle to go !

My buddy took my wife and I here to eat dinner since she wanted some fish. This place gets busy so be ready to wait if you want to dine inside or outside. It's basically street parking here so just look for a spot. We came around 8ish and when I checked in, I was told the wait could be about 1hr to dine outside. They said we can wait at the oyster bar area if we want. I didn't know there was an option to sit inside where it's open seating. So we walked in and were able to find a seat near the window. We started off with the Kinilaw Ceviche which tasted like a lao dish to me. For our entrée, my wife and I went for their fish tacos. My friend got their shrimp taco and we also ordered their Clam Chowder. The ceviche came out pretty quick, our tacos took a little longer probably because they were frying the fish. You get a decent size of fish in your tacos so it will be fulfilling. I thought the fish tacos were alright, my friend loves his shrimp tacos. They also give you a big size of clam chowder for the price you paid but it wasn't our favorite dish here. It tasted different from other places we tried but we think it was the bacon that alter the taste. The customer service we received here was awesome and our waiter was attentive with us.

Food is good, friendly employees- only thing I would like improved is to clarify open hours for the restaurant portion of the business - the market and restaurant have different hours but are under same business listing- had to wait an hour because of that. No mention of restaurant hours on the google page. They open at 12pm noon. You have to order first and pay first at the cashier counter and there can be discrepancies for special orders because the notes are simple.
