Absolutely amazing customer service! I came in after visiting a friends house who had a cat and I’m highly allergic so I asked if they had some tape so I could get the hair off of me before we sat down to eat and the traveling manager ran out to his personal vehicle to get a lint roller for me. That’s just going above and beyond and I am extremely appreciative 🙌🏻 Not to mention I watched him clean tables, seat people and even run to grab a customer a high chair for their child, just wow! He also made it a point to continually thank his staff. The food was cooked perfectly and tasted just as amazing. Also, I disagree with the comments about the restaurant being dirty! it’s very clean! Everything is put in a neat spot behind the counter, floors are clean and the tables all wiped down including the syrup dispensers. The wait staff were also super friendly and accommodating. Shout out to “Cat” our awesome waitress!
My friend wanted waffles and thst is what she got. I asked for eggs over easy with bacon. When the meals were delivered my eggs were cooked over hard with broken yokes. I made a comment and the server returned with an additional plate with eggs cooked correctly. The server was great and checked to be sure everything was as we wished.
Everything was good, the food was delicious and the service is very good too, the waiter was so sweet
recommended!! good flavor, delicious strawberry milkshakes and the strawberry and banana pancakes are delicious, everything is delicious there. The best of all was the attention of the waitress, very kind, pending that nothing was missing from our table and that we were comfortable and at ease. And we asked him for places of interest in the city and he very kindly advised us on several beautiful places. I give it 5 stars if I loved this place 😉👍.
The best I-Hop I've been in. Live closer to one by Vancouver Mall but the employees at this are much better. We were seated as soon as we walked in. A busy Sunday morning. The one in WA makes you wait 20+min and you can see there's a bunch of empty tables available.
Food was great. Service excellent. Found out our server had only began working there the day before.
Defiantly will return.
Jammy out waiter was awesome! The food was good and there was no wait time. The team work in this IHop is on point. The manager gave us the option to choose our seat, I really liked that. Their all about safety and sanitation here to too keep the Covid germs out.

For a- big chain- restaurant the breakfast meals my family and I thoroughly enjoyed were delicious. The service was also very good. We will definitely be eating here more often.

alright here's my unnecessarily long review of my experience here
My friend and I went here on a Friday around 2; it wasn't crowded. We ordered the frozen hot chocolate milkshake before the food, and they gave us the extra stuff which is cool. My friend didn't like it that much but I thought it was really good you should try it 😌🤌 I'll give it a 7/10. The person serving us was nice. For food, we ordered a short stack of buttermilk pancakes, french toast, and strawberries & cream crepes. That was a lot of food for 2 people, and we didn't finish it all. It was around $32 without the tip, so I'd say decently priced. Also the wait time was like maybe 15 minutes I have no sense of time anyways pretty short for that much food
The pancakes were really good and I loved them 😊🥞🎉💛👄 though the syrup was just a lil container of pancake syrup, idk if they had other kinds. They arrived warm. We rate them 8/10. The french toast was okay, I'll give it 6/10. The crepes... they were not that good to us, I guess we've just had better crepes idk, but still decent, like 5/10 maybe, a lot of strawberries and a lot of cream which is lovely 🍓😎💅💃
Notes from friend: bathroom is bad but separate bathroom is good (I didn't go so idk what he means), described atmosphere as "liminal space" and "70s diner", and we got a booth yay.
There was a painting of an egg which made my day 🥚🖼️🎨🪅 also parts of the floor are sticky
The staff made the experience here so worth it (aside from the yummy late night pancakes). We all joked around and Ally was just an Angel. Great spirit and efforts to make us the happiest people in there. iHop for me has typically always had a bit of a wait but our Ally was super apologetic of it and explained there were a lot of take out orders at the time. Will return to this location!
