We used Ash for our wedding, and I have received no less than 10 people who specifically reached out to me after the wedding to say it was the best pizza they’ve ever had! It was DELICIOUS!! They served everyone efficiently and quickly, and were so nice and professional to work with! Would highly recommend.

I had the pleasure of working with Ash Woodfired Pizza for an alumni event for the OSU College of Business, which we hosted at a winery outside of Portland. Ted, the owner, was super easy to work with in the planning stages. He curated a menu for our guests that included different pizza options, woodfired green beans, salad with edible organic flowers, and s'mores - every piece of the menu was DELICIOUS. Not only was the food spectacular, the service was super quick and our guests never waited long for their orders - it was perfectly paced.
10/10 recommend this place - we would absolutely work with them in the future!
There is a fire - a wood-fired oven- IN THE TRUCK! (!!!!) And it makes delicious pizza pies with gorgeous local ingredients. Eat it. It's very very nice.
Best pizza!! We served this pizza for our wedding reception and it was a huge hit! Our guests were so stoked about it and so were we! They even made a special pizza for us to enjoy after our reception. They were friendly and welcoming and our guests will be talking about how delicious the pizza was for a long time. Had the veggie pizza and it's delicious. Great fresh pizza dough. Really thin crust that has a nice hint of sourdough. Quality ingredients and it only takes 5 mins.
We had Ash Woodfired Pizza cater our wedding and they were AMAZING. Seriously delicious pizza and the communication was great the whole way through. The guests raved about the pizza and salad all night, and they even accommodated our vegan guests no problem. The guests loved the pizza so much that they took all the left overs, so there was none left over for the bride and groom! In the future, I would make sure to ask them to set some aside if you want to ensure you have any pizza left over for breakfast the next day ;)
We had them cater our wedding and the pizza was amazing. We not only got so many compliments about how great it tasted but how nice the guys were. It was well worth it, a great price and would absolutely recommend it.
Ash Woodfired was one of the food trucks at our wedding and man, they were excellent! The pizza was fabulous, as always, and they had a handful of options for the guests. They were speedy and efficient but put out a solid product and kept our guests stuffed. Would definitely recommend them for events - Ted is wonderful to work with. Thanks, guys!
