I enjoyed visiting this coffee shop and I love that it closes later than the other coffee shops in Portland! Lots of seating outside and a few tables outside as well.
Albina Press is a great little spot to hang out with a (very decent!) cup of joe.
Welcoming and inclusive, covid conscious, and not to mention very clean too. Service was both friendly and prompt, and hot damn, prices were refreshingly not bad. I also love that I can buy bags of coava here, sheesh that stuff is good.
I don’t really consider this a detractor personally, but it’s worth noting that there isn’t a ton of space inside— I’m guessing there’s seating for maybe 30-40 people or so, so I can see this place filling up on busier days. They’ve got some picnic tables outside. Just something to be aware of! I’ll certainly be back.
My go-to coffee shop. Baristas are always nice, it’s a friendly atmosphere with a new artist on the walls every month, a good amount of seating. Good vibes all around
I absolutely love this coffee shop. I have been here several times over the last two years and it never disappoints. There’s cute outdoor seating available. If you’re a chai person, this is definitely your spot because their chai is great. I will return!
Continues to be one of my favorite coffee shops in Portland, for over 10 years. The espresso is always great. This location has some nice outdoor seating as well, on a quieter stretch of Hawthorne. Always local artists' work on the walls too.
I don't live as close as I used to so I hadn't been here for a while. They did not disappoint when I was able to make it back in a couple weeks ago. The newly added vegan options are definitely a surprising delight!
Friendly and professional staff! The building is clean and quiet. The patio area out front has tons of seating as well, most of it covered. I ordered a latte both times and it was delicious! They even pour the fancy foam heart shape into your coffee! So glad I found this little gem!
Coffee is great, atmosphere is great, but they do not have the capability to heat up any of their food offerings! 😫

Great coffee! Great service! The pastries are decidedly meh: I haven't enjoyed any I've tried. Not much indoor seating, but covered sidewalk seating is available.
