What a great breakfast place! This lil spot has been a staple in downtown portland. Story is it burned down over a year ago nd just recently reopened. All the food is amazing and I’d say very reasonably priced. My favorite so far has been the huevos rancheros
So glad it’s back. Everything is great. My favorite items are the corned beer hash, country fried steak, waffles, blueberry pancakes, double cheeseburger, fried fish sandwich, and the absolute best club sandwich.
A real cool old-schooled breakfast counter. Service was great. Good was really good (the chicken fried steak was very tasty).
Fullers is great. Tiny diner restaurant located in downtown Portland. Walkable from nearly all hotels in downtown Portland. Service was good. Staff were efficient. Coffee was refilled regularly and food was good. Chicken fried steak (chicken) had a good gravy on top. French toast was thick and satiating. Ordered a side of bacon for $6 and worth it for the amount!! Tastes great. Thank you.
Great service and amazing breakfast foods. Sit at the communal bar and meet some new neighbors! I was able to make my breakfast gluten free by skipping the toast. Cannot verify cross contamination for celiac but I had bacon, egg whites and hash browns cooked in oil.
Wandered in at 7:30 in the morning before most of Portland is awake so I got my pick of the bar seating. The waitress was super nice and got me a cup of coffee while I reviewed the menu.
I was tempted to do the German pancake but I caved and got an omelette. I went off menu and ordered everything: green peppers, green onion, green chili, spinach, mushroom, cheese, and sausage.
It came with a side of toasted rye bread and hash browns which could have been better but most places don't do great hashbrowns.
The omelette was excellent. I dunno how many eggs went into it but it was a small mountain on my plate and folks coming in remarked on how good it looked.
You pay at your seat, which is great. No more lines at the register.
For a glimpse of early morning Portland and a solid breakfast for a reasonable cost, it's a great option for early risers.
Fantastic local breakfast place! Great service by Leah. The staff makes you feel like you’re at home. Food prices are very reasonable and delicious. It’s traditional U-shaped seating so limited spots available - make sure you get there early. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting. It’s close to lots of shops so you can go strolling around after a good breakfast.
Very busy little cafe that closes way too early. Staff was super friendly and food was hot and came quick. They closed at 1400 and we walked in about 1315, not expecting them to serve us. We took our grand daughter out to another place around the corner but they shut down their kitchen 1 hour before closing. I was thankful and grateful they served us. We will be back.
A basic breakfast joint that serves great food. Their breakfast omlettes are fabulous. Friendly staff and a no-nonsense interior with counter service and traditional red bar stools. The perfect place for breakfast.
classic diner vibes with wrap around counter, an old school rarity in Portland. Great prices for the amount of food, excellent home made bread, and friendly staff that keep your coffee cup filled. A go-to breakfast spot.
