We love this place. It is our date night get away. The food is so good and the place so popular it can get really busy, so plan ahead. so while you are waiting for your table, head on up to the beautiful and massive bar and grab a drink. You will be glad you came by.
Love the prime rib on Saturday. Chicken fingers are plentiful and always hot and fresh. Have a couple of drinks at the bar before sitting down for dinner. Can be a little slow in service at times, but overall a good place to eat.

I am truly sorry if I was rude at the host stand. I am trying to figure this out because I do not host much anymore because I am disabled. Iam not sure if it was me or an employee who said this to you. I had heart surgery on August 9, 2013. So I have not been at work since! again I will talk with the hostess and see what she has to say about this.

Had a great meal tonight. Ordered my New York Strip medium rare and blackened Cajun style. It was cooked perfectly and delicious. I ate at the bar, and my Bartender Jim made great Old Fashioneds! My waitress was Angie and she did a great job too. I will definitely be back.
Went there on Sunday night. Food was good. Waitress service was good.
Prime Rib was tasty and we really enjoyed the hash browns.
Walked in and had to be seated by the bartender. He seemed to have an attitude that we walked in wearing masks per the CDC recommendation. Nothing was said, just some looks.
We've been to this restaurant before. If you stay at the hotel next to this restaurant, I would tell you that it's worth going to.
Very nice, clean restaurant. The firellace is amazing. If you will wait for the table you can wait by the bar inside the restaurant. Delicious food, kind people around.
We stopped in the best Western hotel next door for 3 nights. I wish it had have been more after eating and drinking In here.
We ate here every night and had a great laugh with jenny who was so accommodating.
Great food ( gotta love that home made soup!!!) And lovely drinks.
The tanquerrays and tonics were just the best and the local spotted cow beer is lovely.
The restaurant is beautiful, clean and the service is second to none. Food is exceptional with a good menu.
We will be back in the USA at this location working again soon and for longer, so I am really looking forward to it because we'll be crashing in here again for more great nights.

We sat and ate at the bar with mediocre service! Our bartender seem more busy with some kind of paperwork then taking care of us. I will say the prime rib was excellent, cooked just the way I like it, which is rare and our waitress was wonderful! If we had better bar service I would have given a four-star!!
Amazing! My brother-in-law and I are particular when it comes to steak. Suzy's was one of the best we've had. He even said he would fly up from Orlando just to go to Suzy's. I had the steak Oscar. The filet was cooked perfectly medium-rare. My brother-in-law had steak and lobster. The lobster could have been a complete meal on its own. His steak was also done to perfection. I highly recommend Suzy's and will be back whenever I am near Portage.
