Like I said, they're always kind and courteous and everything I get. It's always hot and they're packed. The pizza I got last night was so hot. I couldn't even eat it when it got here.
Got there and ordered pizza and cheesy breadsticks, a lady came 10 minutes later and told me that it would be another 7 minutes because someone messed up the cheese sticks so they had to remake them. She told me to take the breadsticks and to get a litter of soda to make it up to me. I did not take the soda. They are nice people, give good service and the pizzas are good.
Toppings were a little sparse but pizza was still tasty. I agree with other comments, great customer service. These employees are awesome!

Shout out to all of you working at this location today 1-7-22. Thank you for delivering our food to us in less time than you estimated originally. The food was absolutely amazing and the pizza was cooked perfectly. We also appreciated the fact you went above and beyond to include extra sauce. Thank you again!
Person taking order over phone needs listening skills otherwise pizza was great, wings way too hot(could not eat). She did not give me choices for wings. Delivery on time and young man was very polite. Also was charged $32.00 for a medium 4 topping pizza and 6 wings. Thought this was a little high but husband just had surgery and needed food.
Super friendly staff. The first time I walked in to pickup a pizza, everyone was really engaged, the place was clean and the customer service on point. More recently, I've moved and they no longer deliver to my location per the website. I placed an order and sent my son to pickup the food. Once home, we began eating our dinner without realizing that something was missing. Minutes later, I received a call from the Pizza Hut manager about missing our chicken wings. I was so thankful he called. I was planning to send my son back, but the manager insisted that he deliver our missing items. He delivered them to me outside of his zone when he didn't have to. Then to top things off, he gave us a card for another free hot wings order. That was so unnecessary! The service was well beyond our expectations and the food was still hot and fresh. Thanks for being so kind and friendly. Your service really shines, not just with management, but everyone!!
Ordered convenience on line. Delivered at exactly the time we asked, food was warm and tasted good. Other local pizza restaurant s could not help us ( even though we tried to place orders six hours prior) thank you for delivering on all levels

Dustin ( a worker there ) seriously deserves a raise.
I was having a bad day, called in a order to the wrong location ( thought I called it in the centre st location) but I was wrong. When I got to the restaurant and they couldn’t find my order (obviously because I messed up) Dustin stepped in so professionally and kind! Told me to have no worries he’ll have my order up in 15 min! He showed such great customer service skills! He definitely deserves some kutos and the pizza and food is always fresh!
