Pretty Cool establishment. Very good bartendars. I wanted something Sweet and Strong and he made a very nice and unique drink with Beeknees👌🏼. Only took one to "calm my nerves". Would definitely stop back in on a visit.
When they first hit the scene, this place blew my mind with their burgers. They've since leveled out but they still do make one hell of a burger. Prices are reasonable for the quality and it's quite good.
On a completely unrelated side note, they, at one point, had the most beautiful woman working as bartender that my wife and I had ever seen. :)
One guy working the bar AND taking orders for all the tables?! Great service and actually fairly quick considering it was just one guy! We ordered a number of dishes to try and they were all fantastic! I highly recommend their tacos! NOT an average taco! Extra yummy!
OMGOODNESS, delicious!! The smoked cheese pinwheels are great however the " I don't care whatever " burger was the BEST burger I've ever eaten, it's a must try! Very nice staff as well! I don't suggest bringing children too small to sit in a bar stool because there aren't any low tables. The staff however worked hard to make us comfortable and I appreciated that!
We found this awesome restaurant to enjoy some family time. It was fantastic! The burgers were to die for, the homemade fries were delicious, the fried cheese was right on ( the sauce is delicious) and the drinks were great. Decor is modern-industrial and Rick the bartender was super cool.
Great burgers! This is a hidden gem! We wanted to explore new places. The option of being at a bar was a great setting and had a relaxing atmosphere as we went on a week night. The place was clean and boy was the spinach dip yummy ( a die for vote against all others I have tried). This chef puts passion in his food that just causes the tummy to scream in a good way. Never judge a place by the front cover explore in and see what adventures come out. We are from the north hills so with a beautiful night we explored a husband and wife “date night” . It started with a half price coupon and boy did that pay off... a definite return spot!
Pretty good bar with a decent menu. The cocktails were crafty and strong. The food was fantastic - some of the best pierogies I've had. Service was pretty slow but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt since it was a Friday night.
Tremendous food, great drinks, and great service. I was in Pittsburgh with a while back, and I convinced about a dozen friends and acquaintances to go to Southside from downtown to try these heavenly burgs. Fortunately, one of my friends had basic foresight and called ahead so they could get ready before we got there. They prepared a long table before we even got there, and the food was exquisite, as it is at Market Square. The burgers are fantastic, the drink selection was great, the service was friendly, and the prices were fair. If you're in Pittsburgh and you like burgers (or whiskey), I can't recommend Winghart's highly enough.
My friends and I traveled up to Pittsburgh for my friends graduation. The staff at this bar were absolutely remarkable! So helpful with everything and treated us like we were family. The bartender Ray was amazing, very knowledgeable about what she was doing and Being from West Virginia that's important in any establishment to feel welcomed. I would recommend this bar to anyone. Next time I'm in Pitt I will definitely be returning!
Very friendly employees and crowd. The bartender Chris makes some awesome drinks, though I'm mostly a beer guy (which they have plenty of!). Good food, good drinks, and a great environment is a winning combination for me. The only downside is it is a little small inside, but it makes up for it believe me.
