Love their coffee and their service. They always provide great service. Today I needed to purchase a new travel mug for my coffee. The carefully removed the tag so there wasn't any residue, fully washed and dried the cup and lid before filling it with my favorite coffee 😊☕❤️
Great place for a very wide assortment of coffees or teas or just a small bite to eat and cup while you are roaming around downtown or on the way to work. Very professional kind and courteous employees and service.

I was introduced to Nicholas Coffee Co earlier this year, they've impressed me with their quality, price, and customer service. I have family who has their coffee shipped all the way to California, and after trying it there, have since placed a couple orders for myself, family, and friends near me.
Both their flavored and unflavored coffees are top-notch and at a price better than what you'll find for similar coffees at other local shops or grocery stores. For flavored coffee, I highly recommend mixing the Double Chocolate Chip and Peanut Butter. They've also got some really fun loose tea flavors!
As to customer service, my most recent order was lost in transit, and they were incredibly quick to make things right. I'll definitely be ordering from them again when my current supply runs out.
This is coffee heaven!!! So many different flavors and options and they are all amazing. I love the vintage candy and snacks and it's just a very cool place everyone has to go to in Market Square. Everything is very reasonably priced too for how cool of a place it is. One of my new favorite places in downtown
This place is absolutely amazing! I first landed upon this cute little shop while we visited my husbands home town. I couldn’t resist the smell from the outside and had to check it out. Inside? WILD! So many coffees to choose from and the friendliest of staff! 6 months later, I ONLY buy their coffee and lift my nose to anything else! Nothing compares! The selection is incredibly vast and there’s a flavor or style of coffee for any taste! While I don’t really drink tea, my next purchase will include some, as that selection is tremendous as well! I live in Virginia Beach, VA and have their coffee shipped to me every 2 months! It’s easy to order, convenient and extremely inexpensive. I rave about this place and I highly recommend either visiting the shop or making an online purchase. With free shipping over 60 dollars, you literally can’t beat it! Thank you to Nicholas for being the bomb DOT COM and fueling my mornings.. and afternoons! Ha! Xoxo

I walked in and was greeted with the smell of coffee. Although I don't drink coffee I bought Yerba Mate at a very reasonable price.
The workers here were extremely pleasant. They greeted me as soon as I walked in. Their shop is very organized and detailed.
The variety here is incredible. There are so many different types of tea and coffee!
Overall the customer service was a 10 out of 10 and I would recommend this place to anyone!
From the aroma that greets you on the way in to the vast array of coffee (extra kudos for sooo many decaf options) and teas we really enjoyed our visit and felt the prices were fantastic over other gourmet coffee locations. The one disappointing part of our visit was that with all the varieties of beans/ground options it would be nice to have more choices "by the cup" to try new flavors and experiment a bit! Overall great experience.
Loved Nicholas Coffee for great variety of coffees, peanuts, and so many other special treats not found anywhere else. I hope the Mayor can clean up downtown so we can come back. Too dangerous right now. We were 1/2 a block away from a shooting at lunchtime!! Too many aggressive people demanding money. Intimidating.

5 stars because this place is so affordable! A 12oz americano is $2.00 which is cheaper than the Dunkin next door (no hate toward Dunkin; just a point of comparison). It’s very cute inside and the staff are very friendly. No seating indoors but there are plenty of seats in the square. Great spot!!
This place is AMAZING! A must stop thru if you are a coffee/team fan! From entering the place smells amazing and their staff is so nice and so knowledgeable so if you aren’t sure about what to get, they are more than happy to help 👏🏼 Also def try out their coffee drinks, they were seriously delicious and I wish I bought their espresso, so until next time!!
