It's okay. It's not bad, it's not great, it's just typical and standard for the type of healthy Asian Cuisine it serves. If you're craving this kind of food, go for it. If you're looking for something unique, I'd move along. They kale and the orange the plates come with are a nice touch though. But like a lot of places like this, it was a little bit pricey and the portions were a bit small. Not terrible, but it left me wanting a bit more for a bit less.

Tried this location again. Much improved!!! All the employees were attenative to their tasks and food safety. We will eat there again. Good to see that the management is responsive to the reviews.
Don't recommend this location... Employees were not professional. Observed an employee slinging and spinning the rice scoop, touching the trash and went back to serving (never washed his hands before returning to scooping out the rice) and resting his butt on one of the prep tables... Probably won't pass health inspection. Management needs to address this. If not, this location will not be open much longer. Quite a shame as the menu choices age good...
WaBa had been around for sometime now and this location is no different than any other WaBa you may have been to. Yummy teriyaki beef and chicken. A must try if you've never been. The employees are very welcoming and helpful. We are lucky to have a WaBa close to where we live.
I love this place. Way better than that burrito spot next door. I wish there were more in town! Steak plate for the win.

Great food and great service! I especially appreciated that they were willing to make the chicken sauce-free because of my wheat allergy. Instead of sauce, I added avocado to my chicken veggie bowl instead.
This place is great! They have fresh healthy food and they have options for vegetarians! They have tofu and a new plant based steak.
Id also like to add that they have the nicest staff members! They are exceptional!

I noticed that their iced tea was overflowing and so I let them know. The manager calmly took care of the worst of it and even took the blame for not showing the other associate how to do it correctly. He could have easily gotten frustrated or mad, but he didn't. Very positive experience overall. Highly recommend trying this place!
I’ve gone to this location almost every other night for the past couple of weeks and every time they have the best customer service. They’re always polite and welcoming. It’s why I keep coming back. I always get a chicken veggie bowl and not once felt like it was anything under 5 stars !
great food, great options especially for people who like healthy food or even vegetarians as they have tofu, rice and vegetables. I always have the waba veggie bowl with brown rice and hot sauce. it's addicting! I also love when the salmon comes up with those perfect grill marks ;)
I never heard of this chain until it moved here - Lucky me! If you love teriyaki or soy sauce, this is your place and it is healthy. For $8 you get well flavored steak, chicken or salmon with a kale salad with or without rice. It is well portioned and tasty.
I am lucky to know so many healthy places that are reasonable. The people here know I am a regular and are friendly and fast.
So you don't have to go to Chipotle every time. Take 10 steps and come here!
