I ordered pick up through the app yesterday, two sandwiches one breakfast brisket sandwich and a ham lunch sandwich. The app was super easy to use, my sandwiches were ready when I got there, there was a clear area where you could pick up your items at, the staff was very pleasant and greeted me and the restaurant looks clean.
I took my food home and it was so good I had to write a review! Would recommend!
Absolutely amazing service by the staff. Fast, polite, and friendly staff distracted me long enough that I received my order before paying.

There night time breakfast Sammie is phenomenal. Don't remember exactly what it's called but you'd know if you went and asked for the nighttime burger. I think it's made for a hangover. It's delicious. And always friendly staff
Hot brewed coffee and bagel sandwich is a regular staple for me. I bring my lab top here and get work done once a week. Great customer service, tried a new sandwich this morning and it was great! Garden avocado on Cheddar Jalapeño bagel!
Amazing selection of Bagels. Never been to a bagel shop before. Great customer service, tons of options to choice from. Had the Nox Lox Bengal with a Large Caramel Macchiato both of which were extremely delicious. There was a very nice balance between artificial and natural lighting. Even bought a few doggy bagels for our dog.
So far So good only been a few times and the food is good. As for as the wait SO WHAT you want good service stand by and STOP complaining.
The place is busy for a reason it's popular that's why you were there!
Can't satisfy folks these days, just stay home and serve yourself...
If you going to give a bad review let it be about the food or the workers behavior NOT I had to wait 5 mins... this is made to order NOT grab N go

I just love how the bagels are softer than most. So yummy. Highly recommend the cheddar pepper 🌶
Food is good. I get the farmhouse with jalapeño smear instead of the country and it is so good. They are still too scared to have any indoor seating. They have at least put the chairs up outside though. Some of us are doing other stuff and need a place to eat at the establishment.
They were out of my favorite bagel but when I asked about it they went to check if it was being cooked in the back. They were nice to check and give me the best fresh bagel imaginable.
