I've been coming her since I was nine. The food is always good. My go to comfort meal is a cheese crisp with guacamole. I will eat the entire thing by myself. The service isn't stellar, but it's not like they are rude..... If it's busy they are all business, if it's slower they'll chat.
This is truly a historic Mexican restaurant located in central Phoenix. They have been serving their quality Mexican food for decades and will for decades more. When I worked around the area I would come here for lunch daily. Great lunch specials. You will consume an entire bottle of salsa so get yer own!
great food try it you'll like it try it you'll like it, the only thing the lady that takes orders on the phone is cranky, i think she only likes old white folks, that is what there lunch rush is filled with it looks like a spot out of sun city old silver backs and gray haired men and women,well mostly women info for you old timers trying to find a bingo/mamba partner in that area. in the night time good vibes they have shows u can attend check this place try it you'll like it.
Our family has been eating at Los for generations. Birthdays, Mothers Days and date nights we've celebrated it all here! The best Mexican food in town. Small line at lunch moves quickly.
I discovered Los Compadres thirty years ago. The quality of their food has never changed. It is still excellent. Order the cheese crisp for an appetizer. Don't forget to put a generous helping of hot sauce on everything. Los Compadres is the best little hole in the wall restaurant you will ever find.
I love this place.. I've been going here for years.. Every meal is as good as the last.. Just like my grandmother used to make... Ask for a cheese crisp..

Always love visiting Los Compadres! Amazing food, great prices and friendly staff. Don't miss the homemade tortillas and my favorite the green mini chimi, so delicious! As we live in California now no visit to Phoenix is complete without a stop at Los Compadres!
If I could, I'd give them 6 stars. Fresh, delicious meals served fast! Sadly, it wasn't busy at lunchtime, which is likely the reason this location is being sold. The staff here btw, are amazing.
Awesome. The food was good as it should be. Thanks to the cook and the service was great. At first I thought it wasn't going to be enough, but wow my wife and I had to take some home.
