We have had our 32” 4 burner Kokomo grill since 2013, and LOVE IT!!! The quality of this grill is indisputable. You can go out & buy a lesser inexpensive grill but you will not get the overall quality or longevity of this grill that we have had. After 10 plus years, I’m finally needing to replace some parts on our grill. After looking at my overall costs for parts replacement vs buying a new one & upgrading our model, I have just decided to do the upgrade since we enjoy our grill so much. I have cooked probably a couple thousand hamburgers on this grill and numerous racks of ribs & steaks & it still holds up strong. You cannot go wrong if your are considering purchasing one of these grills & I hope you like it as much as we have.

Received our BBQ and Fire Table, they are both so nice! They put our stone on it and it looks just beautiful! Delivery team was awesome! Cam, Matthew, Alex, Noah, Jeremiah, and Q worked very hard getting them onto our back patio. Thanks so much for all your hard work! Can't wait to use the BBQ and the fire table in our new home!
I have a Kokomo Grill for 81/2 years and still working just fine. All I have to replace after all these years was the “ burners” ( under warranty), the Flame Tamer w/ Briquettes and the “Flavor Bars”. So far so good. PS. I believe their replacement parts are kind of expensive, it would be nice if they have a discount especial for parts once in a while.😁

NICK, I’m sorry I didn’t recognize you as part of the installation team, I did after I went thru the names and realized it was you. Thank you for showing us all the stuff at the location when we went down to see what we had ordered. From all that were mentioned above I can’t forget Luke, Jayden, Mike and Joe who I also worked with. They completed, build and installed in a timely matter. They also called or texted correspond with me on a regular basis.

Mark worked with us to design both a BBQ area and covered outdoor living space that works perfectly to suit our home.
While building everything, Jimmie and his team came out to measure and make sure all parts would fit perfectly in our yard. They communicated with us and answered all questions throughout the building process.
Alex and the delivery team worked diligently to make sure everything was delivered and set up perfectly. They also made sure all details were exactly how we envisioned them to be.
The team even went above and beyond to come over once it was all complete and celebrate the new backyard with us!

I ordered a grill and island and they both are amazing. The quality of the products are outstanding. Looking at it you can tell how good the quality is. They also have awesome customer service. I was connecting the gas line to the grill and I over tightened the line to the regulator and cracked the regulator I called and talked to David, and he was very helpful and he made sure that I was getting the right part. I highly recommend their products.
Great customer service and no pressure sales. Zach listened to our questions and showed us a variety of options. The sales process was very easy. Zach bent over backwards to accommodate us, and we ended up with a perfect product and a great price.
My fiancé and I wanted to build an outdoor kitchen in our backyard and we heard about Kokomo Grills via an online search. We went in person and Alex (sales rep) was very helpful with creating our design concept. We were able to pick our own grill products too since we didn’t want to use Kokomo’s products due to lack of inventory.
The delivery process was a bit delayed due to supply chain issues and needed to redesign a couple of things. David (manager) explained the process and helped fixed any issues along the way which was nice. Sal and his delivery team were great with setting up everything for us the way we wanted. My only major criticism is that their phone system is pretty bad and they should fix it because it goes to voicemail during business hours frequently so it can be hard to get a hold of someone.
Overall, we had a good experience and I recommend Kokomo for building an outdoor kitchen at an affordable price!
Deedee was wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable on all the questions my wife and I had on the Baja Outdoor Grill & TV set up. She has a great smile & personality and kept us both at ease on how everything will come together on the Unit we bought. We did some slight modifications to our initial order and she made the changes very quickly and easily. Highly recommend Deedee and Kokomo. Very excited and we will follow up with pictures when all is said and done!!
