Really nice folks here. I believe they were probably the owners. Fairly typical ice cream shop pricing. DW loved the chocolate chip cone. I was less excited about my vanilla swirl though. Now sure if it was a low-fat variety (the machine label did say "Fructose" but I wasn't sure what that meant in terms of the ice cream. Mine tasted a little like "fake sweetener", almost like Aspartame, which I wouldn't normally confuse with fructose (which just means fruit sugar as far as I know).
We might be back when in the mood for an alternative to Baskin Robbins to support them. But Dairy Queen will be where I go for my swirl fix.

I love this little shop, the ice cream is delicious. We got the hand packed quart and it was definitely worth the money, the scoops were huge and the flavors went together nicely. We got black cherry, butter pecan, bubblegum, sherbet, and cookies & cream.

Went there late with a group of friends. The store was closing in an hour but the clerks were very nice, answered all of our many questions, and were super patient with us as this had all been our first time visiting. They have so many ice cream and frozen yogurt flavors, toppings, and serving options. They also have protein shakes for those looking for healthier options and I believe they have vegan and vegetarian options too. Will definitely visit again!!
Excellent service! Delicious frozen yogurt and dairy free almond milk options but I get the Thrifty ice cream. They have new flavors daily. You can get traditional treats like banana splits and milk shakes too. They have quarts available for purchase. No dine in option at the moment but still honor 5 star rewards. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a delicious frozen yogurt / ice cream shop!
Desert Swirl is great. They even have dairy free flavors!!! I was impressed. They have games and a lending library. Great lil snack spot. I will be back to test the other non-dairy flavors.
This place is pure nostalgia, really cool vibe with multiple menu items. The portions size for a large was like buying a box of ice cream from Walmart or Costco lol it took two people to eat it. If you get the extra large make sure you bring an extra stomach.. Great place for a frozen treat in the Glendale area.👌 #RenegadeReviews
