One of the best Chipotle restaurants in all of phoenix. They always have the freshest ingredients and the friendliest employees. I’ve been coming here for years . I’m great full they were one of the few places where you could sit inside during the pandemic.
I love Chipotle food and tonight was no exception. But there seemed to be some sort of confusion at the register and it seemed to distract the food service staff from taking orders promptly. Fortunately there wasn't a line, but it was a little perplexing standing there waiting for them to take my order when there was nobody else in line in front of me.
But once I got past that the rest of it went fine. Now I'm trying to figure out why it's been so long since I got Chipotle. But I'm enjoying it now anyway.
The food is awesome if it's available. The customer service at this location is a hit or miss. Some employees are attentive and be ready to take your orders while others could act like they really don't want to be bothered especially later in the evening when you go in the food and it is running low but they have a line with slim pickings.
Last time I went there was no steak and the person running the grill was asked to make more and he literally rolled his eyes! I was kind of in awe. I waited 15 mins for them to make the steak which was so worth the wait but I can't help but to think Is the reason they never have the food counter stocked in the later hours is because they are truly out of product or they are to laxed to do their job knowing shift ends within a few hours.
I will continue to go to this location
I've just learned to go during the day to get my food if I want what I want and not have to settle for what they have.
I Love chipotle but this location is trash! The guac is always brown and nasty
It was good but I would never order pick up from here again when you go in you get way bigger portion sizes then when you order on the app I would not advise ordering on the app
The food was delicious, but it seems like you need more help when it gets busy. The tables need cleaning. It's usually pretty clean. Keep up the good service and cleanness
they were all soo nice usually at other chipotles the workers are always in a bad mood that’s why I love coming to this one!!!
I'm giving you a damn 5 today. Out of all these years you finally made the hot salsa hot tonight. Damn it's good. Or is it because it's in the west side lol. Idk what happened but it's fire tonight 👍🏻
Service is fast and efficient, I was able to get my meal in less than 5 minutes. So that was awesome.
Was there for an interview. Place was nice and well kept up. Especially during busy hours, they got the line down pretty fast. Employees & management are super nice and helpful. Restrooms are always stocked and cleaned. Lobby was the same. The food was amazing, thank you to management for letting me experience my first taste of chipotle. Appreciate it a whole lot. Today's visit was a success!!
