This is the only place to get the best cupcakes in the Phoenix Metropolitan area. The customer service is good. The cupcakes are delicious. They do not have red velvet cupcakes. I ordered the Brown Velvet, Chocolate, and Chocolate Salted Caramel cupcakes. The Brown Velvet is a rich chocolate cupcake. Chocolate is chocolate. Chocolate Salted Caramel is a chocolate cupcake with salted caramel icing. I recommend ordering all three. This bakeshop does not offer 4 pack, 6 pack, or 12 pack pricing. All cupcakes are individually priced. I recommend this bakeshop at this location.
Celiacs and gluten-free eaters rejoice! For cakes, cupcakes, and cookies that are made for people who typically can’t enjoy such deliciousness, this is one of the best bakeries in Arizona. In fact, it doesn’t even matter if you can eat gluten or not, you’ll still love it.

Came for the gluten free donuts but was told they ( the donuts) were retired, im not sure if they meant retired for the day or forever . No problem got some regular cookies that were anything but regular, tasty buttery big and chewy soft cookies with crisp edges. Nice staff , nearby parking. Alot of choices for cookies, cupcakes etc. Didn't see muffins, or donuts not sure about other gluten free options, or breakfast items, I forgot to ask. I got there around 10 am so cookies for breakfast was ok with me 🍪

My favorites are the churro cupcake, strawberry cupcake, cowboy cookie, and dark chocolate oatmeal (I think) cookie
I had other things that were just incredibly delicious
I don't rave about sweet shops very often because I'm very very picky. But this place is one of the best places I've had the pleasure of experiencing
I was fortunate enough to discover them the first day of our trip, and now that I'm back home I'm really bummed

Urban Cookies donated cookies and a gift card to a Silent Auction. I won the prize and am making my way through pretty much every type of cookie they sell including their holiday assortment. Great cookies. The frosted holiday sugar cookies melt in your mouth despite being an inch thick. The Ginger Molasses cookies and the Snowballs remind me of my grandmother who was a phenomenal baker. Even the gluten free cookie is good. I don't want to know how many cookie calories I've eaten in 3 days.
Always looking for new Cupcake spots in the Valley and man I'll for sure be back. What shocked me most was the price! Anywhere else im paying almsot $30 but this was $12 for all. Smells so good inside and out. Soft and moist 🥰🥰 I'll be back and the Tacos next door!!! Was the great way to top this all off
Recently, I was lucky enough to receive some birthday cupcakes from Urban Cookies, and they were absolutely amazing. Not only were they visually stunning, but they were also incredibly moist and delicious. I've been to this bakery in the past and have never been disappointed – their baked goods are always fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented. If you haven't had a chance to visit Urban Cookies yet, I highly recommend giving them a try. You won't be disappointed!
I'm a great baker, so my standards are high. This bakery is my fav! Whether you are buying for yourself or purchasing treats to take to a soiree, they never disappoint. Every single cookie is Cookie Monster approved. 😉 Indulge in the subtle snickerdoodle, the chocolate chunk, double chocolate, cowboy cookies, and more. The cupcakes are almost too perfect to eat! The texture is perfect: not too dense or too spongy. My son couldn't stop raving about the blueberry one, and I indulged in a raspberry pistachio cupcake -- culinary elevation that takes sweet treats to a new level! Show up at a party with these treats and you'll definitely be invited back.
My Mother got me cupcakes from here for my birthday and they were outta this world delicious! Will definitely be going back!

Customer service was great, plenty of variety, and some of the best cupcakes I’ve had. The cookies were great too but the cupcakes are top notch.
