People...let me tell you something: This establishment needs to change its name from 613 Grill to 613 Cuisine! Everything (Hear Me), Everything is made from SCRATCH! I have NEVER had onion rings as flaky (thinly coated)) and as seasoned with such complementary seasonings as these. They are so light I actually cut through them too hard and they slid off my plate (LOL!). The french fries crunchy but not burnt. Sensational. Oh Lord, the Fire Poppers (spicy chicken bites) came in a "secret sauce" that is rich, sweet and tangy and so inviting that I literally swept my fries through the sauce and gobbled them down. It's a shame! The 1/2 pound burger comes any way you order it and is completed with all the fixins one would expect and presented so delectably you want to just start munchin in before friends and family receive their plates. Next, the Chicken Shawarma Pita/Wrap...with hummus and Israeli Salad. You just have to shake your head after biting into one - tender, grilled to satisfaction (Can somebody just sigh with me - sighhhh). The pita bread it is NOT your thick, gummy flat processed tasting stuff that one we usually get stateside. This is homemade bread with the right amount of crispness outside and soft center...this bread is the perfect pocket stuffer. Meatball subs, vegetarian pita - you name it! Perfect. Imported. And just as we were about to burst, Zach had us sample the Tiramisu. I wanted to lie down under the table - I wanted to "kiss" that food! How did the proprietors make Tiramisu so (how do you explain something that comes from heaven???) divine?!! I have had my share of Tiramisu and please believe me when I say this: I don't care how many calories this has - it's ON & POPPIN!!! The whipped cream not sweet and icky but smooth as brandy and the chocolate (rollin my eyes) was the perfect consistency layered on top and around the moist cake layers. Really? The concept of a "scratch" restaurant is just that - it is made to order. You wait for what you order. It's not under a heat lamp ready to dish up. Nothing came from Costco in a bag....wait. If not, go down the street to Culver's. Zach is very personable and enjoys what he does. He is passionate about what he does and educates his customers about his dishes. Oh and if anyone can get him to tell you how he prepares the sauce for the Fire Poppers --let a sista know! Great job!!!

Very good Israeli kosher food! I was eating there a shawarma and it was super good! The pita bread was fresh and the meat was sooooo good! I will definitely go there again, enjoyed every bite! Keep up the good work and see you soon again.

Great food. A little Expensive. Waited for almost an hour once to be told that the kitchen is closed. Other than that, i like it here.

First impressions of this place was not good, but they've improved significantly over the past months. Even though it's a little inconvenient for one person to take your order, cook the food and cash your bill all at once, the food is really tasty, despite some small portions, and is reasonably priced. The owners are really amazing and down-to-earth and it's a really calm atmosphere. Slightly unconventional but worth a try!

Edit: 6-20-18 Fast service great food. Nice going 613. Credit card fee is gone too. I will be here more often from now on.. just double check you received all you ordered. Old post: The people who own it are sooo sweet. The ambiance is really nice however it takes really long to get your food. ( a usual in Phoenix, unfortunately.) The food seems a bit overpriced at times and the extra fee is an annoyance. If they make the ship run better, this place would be incredible. The food is good.

Fantastic food, fantastic service! First time at the restaurant and the chef recommended the grilled chicken sandwich. Absolutely delicious. The price is spot on and the quality and quantity of food is above par. Stop eating the bland hummus and chicken at Pita Jungle, drive down 7th st and eat at the 613 grill.

If you want authentic middle eastern fare or enjoy good quality meat this is your restaurant. The menu is full of delicious, authentic middle eastern dishes. Portions are generous. Although less traditional, I would recommend the 613 burger: the pesto sauce is amazing and the full quarter pound burger with pastrami and fried onions really hits the spot. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Wonderful experience and I'm definitely going back to try more. Update: Went back twice. The pita is imported from Israel and is AMAZING: light, fluffy, stretchy, and delicious. The grilled chicken is highly recommended. It is perfectly cooked, moist and has delicious middle-eastern seasonings. I get the pesto sauce every time I go because it is my absolute favorite.

Excellent Mediterranean food in a unassuming location. Meats were kosher.p Excellent Falafel with all the toppings. We had a group and we had many appetizers which were all excellent. Two family members raved about the burger with pastrami. All foods were cooked to order. Looking forward to going back.
