Great coffee, amazing staff, and the neighborhood hangout only steps from our house
I just spent week in Philly and I discovered this place by accident. I went back every day! The coffee is great, the service is absolutely terrific.
I'm writing this review live from the high top counter facing true West in Shot Tower, watching the yellow leaves fall down from the sycamore tree while sipping on my espresso doble from this baby blue espresso cup with Stevie Ray Vaughn's Little Wing cover in my chorded apple headphones. Okay I don't know if it's actually a sycamore tree but that was the first tree name that came to my head so I let it fly.
For full transparency, this is my 2nd time here today and it's only 12:13pm lol so that should tell you everything you need to know.
The natural light is flooding in here like that cute girl's DMs getting flooded after she deletes the pics with her boyfriend of 2+ years. Get em up fellas!!
There is ample seating in this beautiful open floor plan... hol up let me count..... Okay yeah I counted 32 seats... but don't quote me on that I caught eyes with a few people as I was scanning and it was super awk so I'm not recounting.
They make a MEAN Dirty Chai Latte with oat milk, as that is my budded love interest's go-to drink. It's honestly so gas lol I may be a convert from my espresso/black cold brew... but don't tell her that it would go straight to her head and she already be chirping me enough.
The staff here always greets me with a smile and has good energy. This is an ideal place to get some work done, sit and read, or take a zoom call with your therapist when in Queen Village. Oh yeah, I read hehe haha :)
I could write a whole novel on my newfound love for Queen Village, and I will one day. What a calm, quaint, and character-rich neighborhood this is. I'm obsessed.

Very nice coffee shop. Seems like a great place to work, lots of seating and people on laptops. Drinks were yummy. We had a matcha latte with oat milk, an iced chai latte with skim milk, and a cheese croissant. There are no prices listed for pastries. The croissant was $3.25. Entrance is fully wheelchair accessible.

Quiet nice place to have a coffee with a friend or work or just grab something to go. Recommend the chai latte and the vanilla capuchino. Also the brownie.
I've been here a few times in the couple of months. I love the chill vibe. The staff is nice and efficient. The coffee is great. Not a big selection of food but a few good snacky things are usually up for offer. I tend to get cortados and rate cafés based on their quality. This one gets 5 stars.
Perfect coffee shop in a beautiful neighborhood. The vibe of the whole cafe really transports me to be in my productive state while working. The outside seating is also convenient as there is plenty of seats to choose from. The staff is super friendly! Highly recommend this place if you are looking to do productive work. The middle table is also awesome if you have a bigger group with you.
Great coffee from elixr, always nice people, barista usually excellent. Nice vibe with different seating options and tables outside, usually have a good number of people inside without being crowded. Of many good options in Philly, this is my most consistent top pick.
Our go-to neighborhood coffee shop! Consistently delicious drinks at a better price than other options in the area (my favorite is the iced chai latte with oat milk). Plenty of seating options inside with charging outlets and outside where you can sit with your dog. Friendly staff. My only feedback is sometimes it can be pretty cold inside and the music can be turned down a bit but that doesn’t stop me from doing some work here or stopping by on an after-work walk a few days a week!
Great spot for a quick coffee, and many folks seem to enjoy setting up a laptop for a longer time too.
I've lived in a nearby neighborhood for years, and there are many shops that are closer to me. However, ShotTower has won my loyalty above all others! Great staff and service. Also a great place to sit and do some work for a couple of hours with good access to outlets and lots of space. Lots of other loyal customers and familiar faces stopping in add to the friendly atmosphere too. Located in a pretty quiet neighborhood right off Passyunk Ave. but still close proximity to many other PHL attractions
Food is mostly grab and go pastries and baked goods, but there is granola, yogurt, Oatmeal, and a few other quick prepare items if you're looking for something a little more substantial.
Highlights:
-The pizza danish, if they have any left,
or a Ham and Cheese croissant
-Fresh made lemonade and Arnold Palmers in the summer months
My go-to coffee shop in Bella Vista. Delicious coffee, some very good pastries, plenty of seating and solid wifi for when you want to work somewhere different. It's a solid place to park it for a few hours, load up on caffeine, and get things done.
