The dim sum was fresh and tasty! The portion was bigger than those at other places. The owner was friendly and accommodating. We went there for lunch. Dim sum is daily 10am to 3pm. We will go back and try more food soon.

We were pleasantly surprised that they served dim sum today. They told me that they serve it daily 10am to 3pm. Wonderful! The dim sum was excellent. Very fresh and tasty. The portions were a bit bigger than average. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. We will definitely go back for more.
Food was very good and authentic. We had short ribs, various dim sum, pork fried rice, and calamari. Dim sum and fried rice were outstanding. It was lunch time. Service was a little slow. Great green tea. They do not have diet soda. They do not have much of a soda selection. It comes in cans and they do not sell juice at all. There was a full bar.
This is not the first time we've been here. There is a reason for that. The food and service are consistently excellent. We had the spinach & seafood soup, the mushroom hotpot and the scallops with veggies. Everything was excellent. Many Chinese restaurants serve food swimming in oil. NOT Harbor Seafood. We rarely order the same thing when we dine here and have never had anything other than an excellent meal. Try it! You won't be disappointed.
Came in for lunch and it was great .. I was greeted as soon and was offered to try some appetizers. Waiter came over and was very friendly .. Food came out nice and hot.. the portions were huge. And the price was very affordable.. this place has made its way on my list of good restaurants to visit.
Hidden gem in the Northeast area of Philadelphia off Adam's Avenue. First thing's first, it's not necessarily modern and the decor won't excite you, but the dim sum is straight up on point. Definitely more of a no frills type of restaurant but it saves folks in the Northeast a trip into Center City and what a grab! Generally cheaper than Chinatown as well.
Best chinese food ever! Reasonable price, clean and very nice staffs! I go with my family and my kids love the food! Dim Sum is the best!
Friendly staff, good food. Very family friendly. My first impression was meh. But this place turned out to be amazing.
