Food is great. We always order the chicken tenders and have to wait for them to be cooked. But they are always piping hot and fresh. The fried okra is really good. Great customer service. They only thing I would change if I could would be the drive thru, unless you have a tiny car you will have to back up several times to get to the window.
It was closing time and we ordered the legs and thighs but they had to fry some more but never indicated that it was a problem. The staff was so gracious as we waited. I asked about the purple pepper and the manager gave us some. Omg it is the bomb!! Nicest people ever
Love their fried chicken and okra. My husband loves their bombers. You can't get any better. Small, mostly carry out but 4 tables if you want to eat in. If you have to wait for your order they offer you a complimentary drink. Service is always with a smile, chicken is always hot and biscuits always fresh.
Love this place. The food is great and the service is fast. The employees there are very nice and courteous. I'll definitely be back.
The store in Milton messes up our order everytime. The wait time is to long. The help seems to think the chit chat with their friends is more important than serving the customers. But the store on 29 across from Walmart is spot on.
The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is good. Sometimes I just crave that crispy chicken.
The drive through is not user friendly and the parking lot is deplorable.
I only like the ones my aunt manages because you will recieve good fresh quality foods shes a great worker not bexause of we are relatives i had a chance to work with her She is prompt and specialized in the quality of all the products at Churchs Chicken.the food is great when is prepared well. When I got home the chicken tenders looked like they were burnt. I went back to the store and showed them to the manager. They apologized fixed me some more and they were Great.
Crew is great..... They deal with shity owners thou in the summer i have gone in there more then twice and it be 98 degrees. I have takin pics and sent in and still nothing done.....
The employees here were EXTREMELY friendly. Not what I expected from a fast food place. Food was decent.
