Over the last 6 times going, this time included, the food was great!
This time, however, the waitress that we had was terrible. I went to the bathroom to get tap water so I'd have something to drink. Upon arrival back to the table, she just so happened to be there. She asked what I was doing. I told her. Instead of pouring the tea that she had in my empty glass, she went on to another table. When my wife got her attention, she dropped what she was doing for them and got tea glasses. By doing this and showing no regard for the other table outside or us , she had the other table mad at US for her mistake.
Again, I've never had anything other than great food. I'll certainly be back, but will get up and leave if she comes to the table.
Excellent place to dine. Well worth the wait to be seated. Wait staff very professional, our waitress Memory P did an outstanding job serving us. Generous meal portions.
Very lovely experience, first time in this area so wanted to try something new as I love to discover new taste and new food with the new places!
I came already at 7,15 on Saturday morning to be sure I get the place :-) I tried first time shrimps and grits - had no idea what this could be - but being shrimp lover myself, had no doubts! The food was amazing.. I read some of the reviews where the guests complained about too salty and too seasoned shrimps... yes, I got the same but the grits below was a bit tasteless, so for me perfect combination!
I just wish I have had a bigger stomach to try at least 4 dishes more... But I will be back for sure soon!
Awesome food, awesome service by Stephanie and the broken egg crew. The food presentation is awesome. The restrooms need to be attended, both the mens and ladies' restrooms were under par, no toilet paper, and it smells. The inside of the restaurant was not better with food crumbs and left over on the floor around the tables. I saw the boss boy clean the tables and just wipe the leftovers on the floor without someone following up on him to clean the floor. The food is awesome, and the house coffee is superb. The Colombian coffee was a bit strong for me. Thank you, management, for awesome food and service.
Great place to eat. However, we found hair in our French toast. We couldn’t find our server but happened to wave down either the manager or lead host. She immediately noticed the issue and brought us a new plate in a matter of minutes. The staff ensured we were satisfied with our meal thereafter. The waffle was nice and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Their house special sausage was a little different and not to my liking. The same lady that helped us also assisted us in purchasing one of their own mugs. She was very knowledgeable of the mugs as well. It was a misfortune dinning but the service the entire staff provided made up for it.
This was my first time at this restaurant, and I’m so glad it was our pick. We liked it so much we came back the next day! Food and service was awesome both days. Mimosas are top tier. We had the Sunrise Scrambler with seasonal fruit. Alicia (spelling?) was our server the first day and just had the BEST personality. You can tell she just really loves what she does. We had Abby as our server the next day, and she was super sweet and attentive. Both she and Alicia represent the restaurant very well and made us feel welcomed and taken care of.
got there, they told us there was a 30 minute wait. we were willing to wait. got a text 5 minutes later saying our table was ready. delicious food, good coffee, our server was great! even my 1 year old enjoyed her food. will be back when we come back to pensacola!
Absolutely Excellent In Person Experience (UberEATS not so much)
I'm not sure if the UberEATS driver was rushing the host to pick up the food; but my takeout order from Another Broken Egg arrived doughy and without whipped cream.
Amber saw the photos and offered to refund the pancakes; but I'd heard incredible things about their food, and wanted to give it another try.
I'm so glad I did! The Bourbon St. Pancakes were incredible! Absolute happiness on a plate: The coffee was good, and service was excellent.
This is the most spacious breakfast restaurant in Pensacola: So if you're looking for a roomy booth, this is your best bet.
Location: Clean
Service: very attentive with good attitude
Food: waffle was good and chicken was cooked well but lacked flavor and not juicy enough. Egg was done exactly as asked
Overall a great place to have brunch
Another Broken Egg on E. Gregory street, Pensacola Beach Florida is the absolute bomb! I mean our waitress Jenny was the best, attentive waitress in the world. You guys need to know that she IS your business!! We were only planning to do
1 breakfast out on our vacation and because of her and the amazing food we plan to go back!!! Please give her a bonus! It was an amazing experience!!!
We had the crab cake Benedict and the Bacoquezo. Both were ok, nothing spectacular. Lemon-Blueberry mimosa & Irish coffee (lots of booze in here). Service was great. Gets busy around 9-10 so plan ahead or go early.
It was my second time here and it was just as great as the first! I tried the Chicken and Waffles the last time and the Country Power Bowl on this visit. This meal was so delicious that it reminded me of hometown in NC. The staff was super friendly and even offered this meal as a recommendation. First time guests get complimentary beignets which are very tasty! I’d recommend coming here if you’re looking for a nice place to eat for brunch.
