The endless shrimp was phenomenal. You get to pick 3 for your first round and 2 picks after that each time. You can't take a to go box, so make sure you can eat it. Our bartender Katie was the best ever! She was very attentive and personable.
Sam the manager gave us outstanding customer service. She showed integrity and went above and beyond what was asked from us. It is hard to find customer service like this anymore. I ordered a meal for my mother and her husband on her birthday and her meal didn't turn out as expected. After speaking with Sam, she went out of her way to make it right and my mother was very impressed with her. She absolutely loved her meal. Thank you Sam for your professionalism and for caring enough to make things right for your guests. Your passion for integrity shows!
I haven't been to Red lobster in several years. I decided to get something a bit different to eat for dinner and try out Red Lobster. I was very pleasantly surprised. I had the fried cheese stick appetizers. And, then I got the butterfly shrimp with sea salt french fries. Everything was extremely hot and actually very tasty. I was very happy with the quantity of food, as well. Pricing is high, but food prices everywhere is bit high right now. I will definitely be back.
Good food and good service! The food was cooked perfectly. We had the lobster, shrimp and salmon. The seafood was fresh and cooked well. The salmon was seasoned perfectly. Our server was attentive, friendly and helpful, as was the manager, Ashley. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience.

Well, this was the first time eating there in some time. And I must say dam. Food prices have gone up. But hey, it's seafood about what you would expect. The food was good, but it was missing a few things. Like sea salt on the potatoes and some form of an olive oil coating to make it zing, The snow crab was missing a spice or two. I would think it would have a crab boil flavor to it or old bay. Of course everybody does there's different. So maybe this is how they do there's. All in all, it's not bad. Let's face it, we all go there for those biscuits. Enjoy!
I haven't been here in forever and I was definitely not disappointed. You guys have to try the lobster topped baked potato. I also had the new orleans salmon. Very tasty. The margarita was also great. And you guys already know the biscuits were on point. Will definitely not be waiting so long to come back
It's Red Lobster. They haven't updated the inside or outside in years. Same old bouncy cushion booth seats. I think they go overboard with the butter and garlic in every meal. The lobster tail and shrimp topped sirloin was good but could've been better. I would love to see shrimp topped sirloin with fettuccini. That would be a nice change but not too drastic. Service was great our waiter was the best. It was still a satisfying meal, just wish they would update the interior.
Chardane was the most amazing waitress! She was on top of our requests at all times during my birthday visit. Super sweet and a people person. She is a huge asset to this location and your company, she def deserves a raise!
We had Tia as our server & she made our visit pleasant & enjoyable. Very attentive & everything came out perfect just the way we asked. I hope we have her every time we come!
